Ok so now aftr watching the segment i understood...y did he slapped her...actually i think as per olv raman bala n romi manage to feed her medicine..aftr that she sleeps n getting concious she comes to know that she tried to harm even her amma...so she gets irritated n mad over herself blames her for all the mess...when she discussess it with raman...and just tomake her calm down n stop her to blame herself he slapped her...then she stops n cries and he hugs her...saying everything will get fine dont blame urself n blah blah...
