Its not easy to play a character which you haven't in 2 years and moreover its not even your character. The least that can be done is to appreciate the efforts she is putting into it. She is doing it to perfection.

Anyway, after seeing 2 years of the same monotonous Shagun and more of her since late 2014, this is a breath of fresh air to see DT enacting it.

Agree..There wasn't much to Shagun to portray except the body language and gestures..I hated the character Shagun and not Anita's portrayal of the character. There was not much to it same single monotonous expressions..She portrayed the grey Shagun much better and was very relatable. She lost me when she portrayed the black and white Shagun completely. This is Ishita's take on the character Shagun and the only things she can copy is the mannerisms..This is a breadth of fresh air for Shagun with expressions

Divyanka needs to pull up her socks coz its easy to enact a character but to enact like another actor to perfection is what makes u pro in acting.. It's a great opportunity for her to prove her acting skills.

With all the respect to your opinion, she doesn't need to prove herself anymore than what she has. She has done it a zillion times already.

And frankly, no one can copy another's style of acting. Its a fact.. Everyone has their own way of doing it, so to expect one to copy another's work is weird..🤔 That's why every actor is chosen for a certain role, other wise you can have any tom dick and harry play any character. 😆

Well said dear.divz was clearly over acting today.Seeing her scenes its confirmed no one can play shagun except anita.anita is perfect as shagun and divz is perfect as ishita.cv's should stop this track.Bring back anita as shagun with her ashok and Ishra with some sensible track.What this show had started of as and now i cant believe it is the same yhm.

What kind of different expressions or acting skills has Shagun shown in the last 2 years that some people thing that no one can enact her character other than the actor?!!! 😆 Apart from giving some monotonous expression, clenched teeth dialogue delivery, fake accent & screeching voice there is absolutely nothing more to the character!! And hands down DT is portraying all those important elements of Shagun's character perfectly

Havent watched the ep but seeing the replies when it was mentioned dt was doing as per director and the demand the same way Ah was using that fake accent. Logically, if you live in a posh area you are bound to pick up their style of talking

I don't think so..I don't know about others but I like this track..much better than other tracks..n DT is superb..it's totally my opinion..no offense..

can't particularly call myself a fan (don't have the personality) but i like both dt and ah. they're both graceful, charming and lovely ladies that are friends, wish some of their fans would behave with half the maturity and class as they do!

DT does tend to overact in certain scenes.. The thing is that she just gets carried away and goes over the top sometimes. The director need to advise her when this happens.. But I guess that's not happening here.

OTT acting is a common problem when an actor is expected to copy another (like how Hrithik Roshan went OTT trying to mimic Salman Khan's 'Prem' in 'Main Prem Ki deewani hu'... Cringeworthy!).

^ This is what I have noticed. I don't force any one to agree with it.
