But my only point is Islam doesn't believe in People returning after death to take revenge and enter people's body.. There are no Daayans and churails as per Islam.

I think you're misguided because Jins are here around us and Shaitan wasn't a farishta, he was a Jin who was living with angels due to some reasons , some say because when Allah ousted Jins from heaven Shaitan was a kid so Angels requested Allah not to oust him from heaven and they will keep him with them and he'll will become like them. And when he grew up he was all well and good until he recused to prostrate to Adam!
