Part 7
It was a grand and happy breakfast at the Bhalla house that day with both the families being there and Ishita heading the breakfast cooking consisting of both punjabi and south indian delicacies like idly,paratha and more...
Sa-Bhabhi,mummyji...mein kuch dino ke liye apne chahchaji ke pass jaa rahi hoon Rohit ke saath...
(Bhabhi,mom... I am going for a few days to my uncle's house with Rohit)
Ro-Suddenly...kyun
(Suddenly,why)
Sa-Woh unhe Rohit se mila tha isliye...meine mummyji ko pehle hi bata diya tha...lekin ghar mein itna sab hua usmein aap ko batana bhul gayi hogi.
(They wanted to meet Rohit,I had told mummyji about it,she must have forgotten after so much happened in the house.)
I-Tum abhi nahi jaati toh acha hota lekin tumhare chahchaji tumhe milna chahte honge na...thik hai...jaana par apna dhyaan rakhne aur pahuchte hi phone karna
(If you would not have gone today it would have been better but your uncle must be waiting to meet you...it's ok you go but take care of yourself and give a call when you reach)
Ro-Acha thik hai mein tumhe chod kar aata hoon
(Ok then I leave you and come)
Sa-Nahi nahi,mein chali jaungi driver ke saath...aap log aaram se khaiye...Byee
(No no its ok,I will go with the driver...you all eat nicely...Byee)
As everyine bade farewell to satika,Toshiji thanked Matarani for sending Ishita as her DIL.She admired the way how she took care of the family and didn't neglect her duties and loved the kids.
While toshiji was thinking about her caring nature,Raman on the other hand was having all the other thoughts about her and staring at her while she was doing her work.
Ishita was working like a pro in the kitchen while vandita,mihika and simmi helped her.
She knew Raman was gazing at her and didn't have the courage to look in his eyes as it would have a very scintillating effect on her.
The breakfast was ready and the kids also were there.
Ru & Adi-Ishima,aaj aap humein apne haath on se khilayengi...
(Today you will feed us with your hands)
Saying this they made her sit and ruhi sat in her lap while adi sat next to her aajnd she fed them turn by turn.
Seeing this Raman was getting irritated,he whispered in her ears
R-Mujhe bhi khilaon na...mein bhi tumhara bachha hoon
(Feed me also na...I am also your kid)
Ishita replied in a hushed tone
I-Acha...bacche ji...aapko bhi khana hai..ek minute...
She called toshiji and said
I-Mummyji raman aap se kuch kehna chahte hain
(Oh really,kid you want to eat...one minute ;mom,raman wants to say something)
Raman was astonished,he didn't expect her to say this.
T-Kya hua puttar?
( What happened dear?)
Raman hesitantly replied
R-Kuch nahi ma...
( Nothing mom)
He looked at Ishita who was giving a victorious smile
He thought to himself
R-Madrasan pagal hai ,kuch bhi bolte hai...issko toh abhi sabka sikhana hi padega
(Madrasan is mad,speaks anything...have to teach her a lesson)
The kids finished their breakfast and went to play with Shravan before which they reminded Raman about their holidays and their plan to go somewhere to which he said that he didn't forget and they will surely go)
As Ishita went to wash her hands,Raman purposely went behind her and pretended to take something and in the process kept touching her which made her feel shy and he whispered
R-Tujhe toh main dekh loonga
(I will see you)
Saying this he bit her earlobe and gave a small kiss on the cheek and went back to the table.
Ishita was blushing and couldn't concentrate on her work as she served everyone.
M-Bhabhi kya hua,aap khoi hui lag rahi hain?
(Bhabhi what happened,you look lost )
I-Nahi nahi aisa kuch nahi hai...aap log nashte kijiye na...
( No no nothing like that...you all have breakfast na)
Saying this she went to bring more of the food items and kept on the table and stood next to Raman.
Mi-Akka aap bhi beth jayiye na
(Sis,you also sit na)
I-Nahi mein baad mein kha loongi...waise bhi vandu akka ne bhi khaya...mein unke saath khaungi
(No,its ok I will have later...as it is vandu sis also didn't have,I will have with her)
Knowing very well that if she sat now Raman would start his antics again.
As she stood there and served everyone,Raman again thought to tease her and caught her right hand under the table so that others would not notice. Ishita glared at him for doing this when he smiled.
She tried to make him leave her hand but he wouldn't budge.She was trying to remove her wrist from his hold when Mr.Bhalla asked her to pass the pickle.Now she didn't know what to do as her hand was not free.She looked at him with pleading eyes to leave her hand but it was of no use so she started using her left hand to spoon out the pickle on her father in law's plate when Simmi asked.
Si-Arre ishita,apna left hand kyun use kar rahi ho
(Arre ishita,why are you using your left hand)
That's when all the eyes in the room turned towards her and all asked her the same question.She again looked at Raman who was grinning happily at her plight.
She needed to come up with some explanation and said
I-Woh kya hai na papaji,aaj bhudwar hai na toh left hand se parosana shubh mana jaata hai...
( The thing is that dad,today is wednesday and it is auspicious to serve with left hand today)
She somehow managed to dodge the questions and gave Raman a "I will kill you" look while he gave his victorious smile.
She continued to free herself when she struck upon an idea.
She stamped his foot which made him yelp and leave her hand . She smiled inwardly and now Raman gave a look to her while she smiled.
Ro-Bhai,kya hua aapne chiliya kyun?
(Bhai,why did you scream?)
R-Kuch nahi,woh ek chinti ne kaata
(Nothing,an ant bit me)and glared towards ishita.
He told her in actions...baad mein batata hoon tujhe
(I will talk and see to you later)
Raman now got up,cleared his throat and began speaking...
R-Suno,suno...sab log...pichle kuch dino mein iss ghar mein bahot kuch hua hai,sabko refresh hone ki zaroorat hai aur kyunki adi aur ruhi ko aaj se 5 din ki chutti hai toh hum kahin bahar ghumne ke liye jayenge...amma,appa,mihika,vandita akka, bala,shravan aap log ko bhi aana hai.Mihir aur mein sab arrange kar denge...toh ab aap sab koi place suggest karo
(Listen...listen everyone,since the past few days a lot has happened in the house,everyone needs to refresh their minds and since adi and ruhi have 5 days holidays from today,we all will go out...amma,and mm appa,mihika,vandu akka,bala,shravan...you all also have to come...Mihir and I will do all the arrangements...so everyone suggest a place)
Everyone suggested some or the other idea but Ishita came up with one that everyone liked immediately...
I-Kyun na hum log Lonavala ghum ke aaye,vahan bahot acha mausam hoga aur bahot sari jagah hai ghumne ke liye...
( Why don't we go to Lonavala,the weather will be good and there are lots of places to visit also)
M-Haan bhabhi,very good suggestion...we will go there only...
Hum aaj sham ki train se Lonavala jayenge...
(We will go there in the evening train)
R-Toh sab taiyari karlijiye...
( Everyone start your preparations)
That's it for now...I might take time to update the next one as I will finish updating the TS first...
