Hi friends I m back.Here's the next part.
Part -5
she touched her forehead ,then her eyes then her cheeks and then whole face as if she was still feeling his lips on them.she was lost in her thoughts when mihika entered with help who was holding a tray in her hand.The help kept the tray and left. Mihika called her and her trance was broken.
M- good morning bhabhi.
Ishita looked at mihika and thought " I shouted on her yesterday and she is behaving that nothing has happened.I should apologize her."
M(smiling)- hey bhabhi where are you lost.
I- ( holding her hand) mihika I m very sorry .I behaved rudely yesterday to you.
M- arey no bhabhi ,you're still stuck at that ,no need to say sorry.I m like your sister na.
Isjita couldn't stop herself and hugged mihika while her eyes became wet with unshed tears. Mihika also hugged her back and said " bhabhi have your breakfast."then she stood to leave the room.ishita held her hand and said " if you consider me as your sister then spend sometime with me."
Mihika sat back her place giving a full smile .
I- I m so sorry mihika you know I am not like this.
M- oh ho bhabhi if you will start again this ,then I m going.
I- pk I will not tell it again.
Mihika noticed her sindoor and mangalsutra .she felt happy but saw that she has not yet wore her choora which is necessary to wear for a Punjabi bride.They talk randomly for sometime till then ishita has finished her breakfast.Mihika brought the choora which was kept in the same place where she has left her yesterday.she took ishitas hand on her and started slipping chooras one by one ,this time ishita didn't struggle .while they were talking ishita asked her favorite question.
I- mihika he loves you somuch na.
M- yup bhabihi ,he loves me somuch ,ours was love marriage.
I-( making faces ) arey no I m talking about raman ,he loves you very much na.
M- oh bhai ,yup he love me more than mihir but not more than you.you are his everything.
I- (angrily) no he don't love me.
M- actually you are right. He don't love you.
Listening to her words ,ishita became pale as somebody has sucked all the blood from her body.she felt sad inside and cried silently.She was looking at mihika as she was snatching her breath .on the other hand Mihika was talking to her as she has not yet completed her sentence.
M- He don't love you but you are the reason of his living.He breath you ,feel you ,your smile is his smile ,your tears are his tears ,your pains are his pain ,your happiness are his happiness ,your...
I( angrily) enough mihika don't try to portray your bhai as god ,I know who he is and you also must be knowing what he has done with me.
M- yeah bhahi I know very well what he has done to you but though he has done worst with you ,he is not responsible for that.He has done all those things because of your father and His mother.He has done everything which he can, to convince your father and our ma but they overlook his happiness over their enimity.
Ishita looked at mihika deeply without blinking her eyes.
M- Even you also keep on denying his love time and again.He tried everything to make you love him but you never gave a damn to his feeling and now you people are blaming him.you had not suffered a bit compared to him.and now u people are blaming him.no bhabhi no bhai is right in his place and I n mihir are always with him.
Till mihika completed her sentence ,she had slipped all chooras in ishita's hand and was gone leaving a crying ishita behind.
Ishita was crying bitterly remembering all his attempt to woo her.
She wiped her tears and smiled looking to her hand which were full with choora .she touched all her signs of marriage closing her eyes feeling that now she belongs to him and recalled their old days.
( Authors note - now I m going to narrate past and it will continue till present .between this I will not give any scenes of present time )
FLASHBACK CONTINUES AFTER THE DAY HE HAS LEFT TGE HOSPITAL.
Next day ishita was very restless .she was not willing to go to hospital so she was in her bed till late .Her amma dragged her from bed and forcefully got her ready and almost pushed ishita for hospital.
She reached the hospital unwillingly.The whole hospital was full of patients ,doctors ,nurses but then also she was feeling lonely ,she was hell busy with her patients but was feeling empty from inside .when she passed the cabin where he was admitted ,she again cursed herself for shouting on him.
In the afternoon she was sitting sadly in her cabin doing nothing when she heard some sounds outside her consulting room.Listening to choes she came out and her looking to sight she smiled fully till ears.Raman was standing in front of her cabin and was arguing with the nurse.( the nurse was was in leave for two days and she didn't know that raman is ishitas patient)
N- sir why don't you understand ,she is a child specialist and you are an adult how can you be Dr ishita's patient.u must be confused.
R- you know whom you are talking to .do you think I m mad as I m telling that she is my doctor.
N- no sir I m just telling that u must be confused in the name .
R- no ways ,I can't forget her name ever.
N- but sir SDR ishita is doctor for children .
Ishita was leaning at her cabin door and was witnessing the argument .she was smiling looking at his antics when they raman and the nurse both notice her.Both immediately walked to her.
Before nurse can speak ishita signalled her to leave .Nurse walked away.Ishita was folding her arms to her chest and was smiling ,raman went to her and shouts in frustration " she was fighting and your are smiling on me .m I a clone.
Ishita couldn't stop himself ,she pulled his cheeks and said " you are actually RKB.
Raman raised his collor in pride and said " I m actually same RKB.now can I come in.
She smiled and step aside yo let him in.He entered her cabin and sat in the chair she followed him.
Raman POV before coming to the hospital.

Shit ,to hell with this meeting ,because of this I have took discharge from hospital in only two days.because of this stupid meeting I waste the whole day in hospital without meeting my ishq,because of this I took that injection and those medicine my self without her help.I missed so many chances to be with her for this meeting and noe what to do ,I m not in hospital how can I meet her .( he thought for sometime and talked to himself) should I take mihika to her as a patient no no ishq with think its fake ,no I should take mihir to her ,no no ishq is a child specialist she will refer him to a physician.( he tapped his fingers on his cheeks and thought) why should I take these haddis ,I myself is her patient I will go to her.humm its a good idea .I m dying to meet her.
In her cabin both of them were looking at each other smiling like idiots ,their trance was broken by some sounds outside .Both composes themselves .
I- Mr bhalla why you..
R- (fumbling) actually yesterday i left in a jiffy and could not meet you because of an urgent meeting and also I can't consult you about my health so I m here .
I- oh .
R- should I come beside you.
I- Why.
R- you will examin me na.
I- oh yes come here.
He came and sit beside her almost touching ,she shiver on his touch and felt butterflies in her stomach on the other hand raman was enjoying his effect on her and inhaling her essence closing his eyes. To disturb their moment his phone rang ,he cursed the caller.
He picked the phone talked for some min.and hung the call.Then she prescribed him medicine and he was gone.
Next day again he showed up with some new health problem ,they spend some time and then he left.third day also he repeated same thing.like this the same routine went for almost ten days they had become comfortable.now they talk ,laugh and spend times together.
After few days one day ,ishita noticed that nurses were talking if her behind her back.
When raman came to her ,she talked to him about it suggested that we will not meet here but outside.
They almost met daily in some cafe in evening.One fine day they were gone out but somehow ishitas leg got twisted and sprained .she was not able to walk so he picked up and walked .some reporters were around and they took snaps of them and next day all the news papers had a headline with a caption " Business rivals bhallas and iyers are merging" with ishra pics.
This news raised a Strom in their life's .Mr iyer warned ishita that if she is having any relation with raman he will broke all the ties with her on the other hand his mother was very much angery and she warned him that she will never accept ishita as her DIL.
They don't met for some days but raman can't stay away from her for long time .
One day she entered her cabin and found him waiting for her.both looked at eachother ,and thought to ran and hugg tight but somehow ishita stop herself but raman cannot .
He came to her and proposed her directly and said " I love you ishq and want to marry you".
She thought to throw herself in his arms and accept his proposal but she recalled her father's statement ,she curled her palm in a fist firmly and said " but I don't love you raman you are just a friend for me."
Raman didn't spoke anything but started walking towards her .He was coming closer ,she was going back ,at last she was pinned between him and wall.
R- you don't love me .
I- nn no.
R( coming more closer ) - you don't love me .
I- no raman .
Now he was dangerously closer to her and came closer to her ear and asked huskily " don't you love me ".
I- no .
Raman without wasting time kept his lips on her and started sucking her lower lips ,at first she struggled for a while then started responding .she closed her eyes to feel his touch .they kissed passionately and then he touched her bare waist and pulled her to him ,she shivered with his touch then he asked again " don't you love me ".
I- no ,I don't. leave me .
R- I will not because you like my touch.
I- no raman please leave me.
R- ( crushing her to him)if you don't like it just push me or slap me or scartch me.
I( pleading)- Raman please ye galat hai.
R- there you are ,to ye kaho na ki ye galat hai ye kyo kahti ho ki pyar nahi hai .( you should say like this that its not right why you say that you don't love me ).
Saying so he left her immediately and walked to the door then he turned to look her back .she was still closing her eyes standing like a statue .Raman saw her ,ruffled his hair ,smiled fully and talk to himself " you love only me ishq" and left the place.
