Maybe it is not a question of believin him but of not trusting the woman. They all have been subjected to Raman's diwanapan for her when they were married, so they all are naturally worried that she may fool Raman again.
It is getting very hard to justify his actions since he so easily replaced the baby they lost with this new one, not even giving his wife enough time to grieve and get over the loss. She is very vulnerable right now and him running circles around his ex-wife because she is pregnant is not helping the matter any..he is very callous and indifferent to her sufferings right now. Seeing all this, looks like IShita is also very easily replaceable in his life..
as of now it is looking like family is concerned for both ishra as looking raman hiding things n changed behavior n trying to know if one loved one going in any wrong track becos of miscarriage fiasco n shagun becoming preggy atm n raman showing concern for shagun which leads to friction in ishra relationship at d cost of other loved one as both are pillars r two eyes n loved ones to bhalla family n it's matter of ruhi n adi also involved n it affects whole bhalla family.with in themselves how many issues there when comes issue with out siders ishra becomes protective for d family n family also becomes protective for ishra as now it's btwn ishra n shagun is foreign body to bhallas now for them n here comes family part to loved ones support n be tough also to bring on track if necessary to protect loved ones from destruction.
