Why am I thinking that shagun is stil the same? She is using the baby to get back in raman's n the kid's life by creating differences between ishita n raman. Raman has already started talking high of her. He has made mihir think good of her. Next is the kids. I guess its all shagun's plans. May be shez the one who sent laxmi n then created such an emergency situation where raman had to agree on her being the surrogate mother with a purpose of getting back in his life.
