Thanks for all the likes, comments and Pm in my previous stories.
I know I told you guys I will be updating my IshRa Memories today but sorry I am not able to update it today as this story was in my mind.
This is my take on the shitty version they are going to air on the show some of it is going to resemble what they have already aired on the show.
I am not even sure whether anyone would like this story because this is not one of my best writing but I just wanted this to be out of my system so I am going to post it anyways. Do comment on it once you finished reading both positive and negative criticism is appreciated.
IshRa Healed
Ishita is pregnant and the Bhalla family is going on a trip to Mata Rani to thank her for the blessing. Ashok hires his old driver Chand who is in need of money for his son operation to kill Ishita so that he could destroy Raman happiness but the driver fails in his mission and Ashok humiliates him and refuses to pay. Chand son dies and his loses his mental abilities to think and remembers the time Ashok spends with Adi and mistakenly thinks that Ashok will be devastated if something happens to Adi so plans to murder Adi and plants a bomb on the bus the Bhalla family is travelling. Everyone is safe except the baby in the Ishita womb she had a miscarriage due to the accident.
Raman is devastated by the new Dr.Manoj gave he acts as though he is tough in front of his family but breaks down alone but his father comes in and consoles him and he literally breaks down in front of his father for his unborn child and thinks how he is going to handle Ishita when she hears the news. Ishita gets up disoriented and asks where is he the nurse thinking she is asking about the kid tells her they were not able to save him. Ishita goes ballistics thinking that she lost Adi and Ruhi once she sees them she hugs them tightly and says that why did the nurse tell her lies they are fine that is when the family realizes that she still doesn't know about the baby. Raman tells her that the nurse was talking about their unborn baby.
Ishita becomes still for a moment her eyes shows how much pain she is in as she has her back to everyone hugging Adi and Ruhi no one could see her emotions when Adi slightly moves out of her embrace she steels herself and her eyes are devoid of any emotions and walks towards Raman slowly and takes his hand and places on her tummy and says to him I am sorry this happened but don't feel bad we have our family complete with Adi and Ruhi. Raman looks at her not believing her calm nature to the death of their love child.
Toshjii calls everyone at home and says to them that there should be no talk of the baby when Ishita comes from the hospital. Ishita reaches the home smiling and goes about her routine as nothing major happened to her Raman is constantly noticing her smallest moments to see whether she is okay at the same time he is feeling guilty too for leaving her in the bus alone to face the danger.
Ishita was taking her clothes from her cupboard when she sees the Rakhi she reminisces the times when they were happy with the baby and a lone tear escapes her eyes but out of the corner of the eyes she sees Raman coming into the room and steels herself Raman also saw the lone tear in her eyes before entering the room he comes near her and says to her please let go of your pain how long will you be hiding your hurt. Ishita says to him Raman I am not sad I am happy that our kids and our family are safe and believe me I am complete woman so saying she hugs him tightly for the first time Raman is taken back because of her hug because he is the one who always runs behind her to romance and he has to always corner her because of her shy nature but here without even prompting she hugs him and further more teases him saying she is seeing a sher who is emotional he comes right back at her saying this sher is hungry now and hugs her back and kisses her fully on the lips and says to her finally my hunger has been satisfied for the time being but I want a full course meal in the night so saying he leaves a blushing Ishita to go work.
Raman meets Dr.Manoj at his clinic and asks him what is going to happen to Ishita now. Doc says that her womb is very weak and top of that she had a miscarriage you need to be careful with her she needs to take lot of rest and you please stay away from her for few days till her body gets healed. Raman says to him that is not going to be a problem but I want to know whether there are any chances for her getting pregnant again. Doc says there are chances but I would advise against it due to her complication but I can suggest you one of the treatment available but it is up to you guys to use it.
Raman asks the doc what is it no matter what I will do anything to give Ishita this happiness the doc says surrogacy is an option Raman stumbles hearing this option he says to the doc I wanted her feel the bliss of mother hood both physically and emotionally as well but the doc says motherhood is about emotional connection so think about it.
Raman comes back home and is thinking how to broach the subject of surrogacy to her. He sees Ishita finishing up her work and coming towards the room Ishita comes near him and says what is the matter; you are looking troubled Raman says to her I went to meet the doc at the clinic and looks at her. Ishita face is devoid of any emotions he then tells her that the doc advices us try for surrogacy.
Ishita after hearing this says to him Raman I know the meaning of surrogacy I already have two kids I don't need a third one if god was willing he would have let us keep this child but since it didn't happen I don't want another child and goes away from there. Raman is talking to himself that no matter whatever happens Ishita I would give you our child.
The next day Raman calls from office stating that he would be late as he has to attended party when he comes back home he is fully drunk and stumbles on to the bed. When he gets up in the morning Ishita is hell annoyed with him and asks him why did he drink so much he says to her I was feeling sad for our baby she says to him this is not the way to be sad he taunts her saying I am at least sad and you don't even seem to care; it pierces her heart but she steels herself Raman is constantly looking at her with hawk eyes to see any kind of emotions while hurting her but crying inside for hurting her.
Ishita says to him yeah I don't feel bad for the baby because I already have two kids. Raman says to her but that is not enough for me I want our kid and if you cannot give me one and the doctor is saying this as an option why would you not sign the dam form and takes them out from his office bag and throws them out on the table.
Ishita stares at the form and finally cries saying Raman do you even know what you are saying you are hurting me Raman looks at her but steeling himself for the hurt he is inflicting on her says to her why do you care you are not bothered when people call you baanj and you are not even crying a single drop of tear for the baby you lost so why is this going to hurt you as I want a kid and you don't this is the only option left for us.
Ishita says to him stop it Raman do you feel I don't care for the baby I lost. Do you know how hard I have to control my feelings so that others don't feel bad about surviving? Do you know how hard it is for me to act normal so that you don't feel guilty I know it was not your mistake but can you honestly tell me you don't feel guilty about it so I didn't want to add more pressure to you by being devastated for the baby too.
Do you know what that baby meant to me finally I could tell those people who humiliated me that I am mother in their sense because they don't understand I am mother of two already. The baby meant more to me because it was part of you which was growing inside me. The baby meant more to me because this is time around everyone will be able to see every stage of the baby growing which was denied when Adi and Ruhi were born. Finally I adored the baby because it was a symbol of our love but even before I jumped from the bus I knew I am not going to save the baby do you know how I felt at that time so saying she starts crying uncontrollably and falls to the ground.
Raman rushes to her immediately and picks her up and hugs her giving small kisses on her forehead saying sorry to her numerous times but Ishita is not listening to him and says to him in between sobs I wanted to be strong for everyone so hid my hurt and acted normally in front of everyone but I miss my baby badly you know the day when the doc said I am pregnant that was the best day of my life I cannot tell it in words how happy I was but during the bus incident I knew that I would not be able to save the baby but when the nurse said that they could not save him I thought she was talking about Adi because he jumped on his own and I couldn't bear to lose two child on the same day that is why I went ballistic on that day but it hurts me when you say that I didn't care for the baby I miss the baby so much it hurts thinking about the baby and cries on his shoulder. Why did you marry me Raman if you wanted a kid you knew I will not be able to give you kids?
Raman keeps hugging her and crying with her at the same time about the loss of the baby and keeps repeating to her I am sorry and hugs her even more tightly finally when she calms down he says to her I am sorry I had to hurt and push you to bring out your pain.
When Ishita looks at him he says the doc said that surrogacy is an option I declined to him saying that we don't need a symbol of our love if god blesses us with our child fine otherwise we are happy with our kids. Then the doc said it is not good for your health if you bottle up your emotions about the baby and I knew this surrogacy talk would definitely bring out your emotions and pagal how many times I have told you don't lie because you are bad at lying and I can read your eyes even if you act normally your eyes are a dead giveaway to me I could see how much hurt you were carrying inside you I wanted you to be free of this hurt that is why I had to do a such a big drama of being drunk and intentionally hurting your senses so that finally you would break down and cry for the baby. I don't need a baby I feel in love with you with all your imperfection as you did with mine so why would I want our baby to grow in someone else anyway one lectures was not enough you have already turned Ruhi into one and now you are turning my son also like you what would I do with a third version of you. I would be pulling my hairs out before my time and smirks at her. Ishita smiles at him for his antics.
Ishita asks him such a big drama just to make me cry and I didn't even get a hint. Raman says to hers yes no matter how many years we live together you cannot lie as convincingly I can and yeah I wanted you to cry so that you become my JKR instead of some crazy lady who bottles her emotions. Ishita smiles hearing how her Ravan kumar has tricked her into revealing what she really felt about the baby
Ishita says to him Raman I want to do one last thing for our baby if you are willing Raman says to her ask anything you should know by now I cannot deny you anything. Ishita says to him I know our baby was not even fully formed but I wish to do all the last rituals for our baby Raman agrees to it.
The next day they leave the house very early in the morning without informing others and go where the priest asked them to come to perform the last rites for the baby the perform all the rituals and when they place the offerings in the water so that their baby has a safe journey both their tears mixes in the offering and they say bye to their baby saying you will be always in our heart. The priest asks them to walk ahead without turning back.
They walk forward holding hands leaving the past behind for a better future with the Sun rising behind them indicating that indeed their future would be bright.
