TV shows have become a major platform for leading stars of Bollywood to promote their films. Star Plus' Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has been a favourite of many where actors like Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor and Vidya Balan have spread word about their films. Bollywood's superstar Salman Khan too made an appearance on the show to promote his film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The actor clicked pictures with the show's lead pair Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathiaka Raman and Ishita. Looks like Karan Patel is one lucky guy, as after being snapped with Salman, the actor has now struck a pose with king Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan! We hear that SRK and Karan happened to work on two neighbouring sets. When Karan learnt about the same, he immediately took the opportunity to meet SRK and click a picture with him. It all started with a tweet Karan posted on his Twitter account. Upon knowing about SRK's arrival on the neighbouring set, Karan tweeted," And the king @iamsrk ... The man i worship has arrived ...!! #NeighbouringSet ... #FingersCrossed ...!! Hoping to meet you SHAH Sir ..!"
SRK saw his tweet and was gracious enough to reply to it! " @TheKaranPatel in make up. Let me finish it off will come and see you."
As we all know, SRK keeps his promise and made it a point to meet Karan! Post his meeting, the TV actor tweeted about his spectacular moment with the badshaah of Bollywood, "Met the man i worship @iamsrk and SHAH SIR was gracious enough to welcome me with a warm hug. Will meet him at peace tomorrow n post pics .." wrote Karan.
We bet Karan must be star struck and how! As for SRK...they don't make them like you anymore!
