tied the knot, people were surprised and some
even tried to speculate on the future of the
relationship. But the couple remains unfazed. She
says, "No one should comment on anybody's
marriage and sometimes, I feel that people can't
see others happy. People who judge Karan don't
really know him. They pass judgement on what
they hear of him. He is a different person at
home, very sorted."
While marriage is all about finding the right partner,
Ankita denies that there is anything like perfection.
She says, "Marriage is not complicated. Indeed it
simplifies your life. I don't think there is a right time
to get married. The right time comes when you find
the right guy and I feel Karan completes my life. Also,
a lot of women say that marriage changes your life,
but I would say it has changed for better."
Karan adds, "Life after marriage has been brilliant, but
due to work pressures, I haven't found time to spend
with my wife. I am waiting to get a leave so that I can
go on a long holiday with her." Ask the actor if he also
faced scepticism when he got married and he says,
"There is something like destiny. I don't really care if
people doubt or express shock over whether our
marriage will work. People might be surprised because
I settled for an arranged marriage, but that's what's
chosen for us . Secondly, all those people who
think that this will not work, sorry to say, but they will
be disappointed."
