Yes, I guess no one should be afraid of his threats... there isn't any meat to it.

and he's only out on bail right? how can a convicted criminal win over a a mother with no criminal record? if she is unemployed, she may be asked to take up employment (which is advisable for Simmi under any circumstances anyway)
