though m liking this track...but cant help think that how much they have butchered the characters to make IshRa seem more selfless...

Mr Bhalla : who always let Raman deal with the situation...he took a backseat making Raman the head of the family, is suddenly not only angry with Raman without reason, but also taunting n giving glares to Ishita.

Romi : who, even when Ishita blamed him for Amma's accident, defended her infront of Param..and called out on his bluff...is suddenly thinking that she doesnt want him to grow...Romi always did big big kand...but I used to love the way he was a Bhabhi's boy...a yes-man for everything his Bhabhi says...what have they done to him.

Rinki : clearly this isnt Rinki, but Shagun's atma has possessed Rinki...how else can one explain her instigating her husband against her own family...Rinki when she came back, was so much mature n rational...wanting to study, wanting a career for herself...and now, so much venom...

Nice review..even i feel after the whole MU is sorted out, raman ishita shud live their own separate life, with frequent visits to the rest...what has happened is tht the bhallas have gotten so used to raman ishita sorting their problems and putting themselves on the backburner, the bhallas now have a sense of false entitlement..the sooner they lose it, the better for the entire family..its a realistic rehash of KGGK..trust ekta to repeat her previous stories...

there was an old movie on a similar theme called 'Sansaar' ofcourse there Raman's counterpart was a self-centered man, who does batwara in the house, cause he doesnt want to spend his salary for the whole family...so in the end the female lead, Ishita's counterpart, takes a similar decision...to stay separate, but keep visiting...

Yeh hai New & Improved Mohabbatein 😊

All the finesse of the 11 pm slot with the added bonus of Ishra being on each others side, and devoted to one another. If anyone wanted to convince someone to get married, then Ishra would be the poster couple for a real yet really good marriage.

I think Rinki is somehow still not over her ex,and was visibly disturbed a few episodes ago when her friend mentioned that her ex was successful in Dubai and had probably gotten married.Though she brushed it off at the time,I think this is the subconscious driving force behind trying to push Mihir up.It appears to be in the Bhalla DNA.Raman had done it not so long ago to prove his point to Shagun. The differences in his case were that he did it himself, and though he alienated himself from his family,he never screwed them over.

Sarika did hit Adi accidentally, but then she did not apologise for it.Her over-reaction led me to think that this was more than maternal instinct at play.It was a sketch mark, not a scratch mark.It was almost as if Rohit is her meal ticket out of obscurity, and she is paranoid about him.

And she's a game player. She's cottoned onto the fact that Raman and Ishita are on a sticky wicket as far as Senior Bhalla is concerned and she played the sympathy card well.In our culture Raman is her jethji and therefore revered and respected.Sr. Bhalla was the final catalyst behind Raman deciding to go into 'banwaas'.It was insulting to be told how to talk to his younger brother's wife.

Ishita is a pushover. To maintain peace she even said she would apologise to the whole family.Hello,Sarika slapped Adi for an innocent mistake, when Ishita clearly hates violence against children.Raman was correct in that they needed to get some distance from the family.I think she felt it too, that is why she appeared a little less emotional than usual.A sense of temporary relief, perhaps?

Sarika again showed flashes of opportunism, when she realised that her outburst had led to Raman leaving Bhalla house with family in tow. With rich jethji gone,is she going to get to keep the lifestyle she has caught a glimpse of?Therefore the Rona Dhona.

How ironical that Raman has to leave the very shelter that he had provided for the family.

The last scene, the hug,the clinging to Ishita as the only support he has left.Outstanding.

You always put interesting points to ponder on

Sarika clearly seems to be playing a game

She is playing on both sides

She is on one side pleading Romi to stop them and on the other side instigating ppl

Raman was right in leaving the house

The way he is being treated is despicable

Ishita I guess feels the need to make everyone happy

Rinki is a lost cause

Very nice post Leo yes the episode was too good boht hi emotional phase dikarahe hain yeh yhm per muje yeh real lagta hai bilkul aisa mere parents ke sath hua hai jaisa raman aur ishita ke sath aj hoaraha hai meri mother(woh yahan pe raman thi) ne sari life apne behan bhai ki financially aur emotionally( kyon ke qismat se mere dad financially strong they) help ki mere father jo meri mother ke cousin hain uno ne bhi humsha ishita ke tarah unki haan mein haan milayi. But aik din yehi huas humare sath meri mothers ke nephews ne bhai ne unke sath boht bura kiya disrespect ki yehi choti batoon ko leke. Mere parents bhi neki karke darya mein daal di yeh mein apni ankoon se deka hai aj bhi meri mother unko yaad karke roti hai sach mein Leo mera kab ka rishton ne aitabar ut gaya hai
