Raman is the sole owner of his company, he built it. Ishita as his wife has full right on it. Why would Mihir be given shares just because he's the CEO of his company? Did Raman get any percentage of ownership when he worked as a CEO under Mr Malhotra? Would Rinky ask the same question to Malhotra as well if Mihir would have continued to work in his company instead of working for Raman? Just because he is now brother-in-law of Raman, he has to get ownership too?
A CEO works for a company and he is paid off very handsomely for his leadership and dedication. But it's ridiculous to ask for ownership of that company because of his dedication. A CEO doesn't work for free nonetheless. If this is the case, every employe of a company should ask for his/her percentage!
As far as Rinki is concerned, she is just a plain stupid. Is she concerned for her husband? NO. She is saying she doesn't care for him and she wouldn't have married Mihir if her bhabhi Ishita hadn't forced her. She is openly insulting Mihir in front of everyone terming him "coward and spineless". She chose her friends' company over her husband's official ceremony from time to time. No, she doesn't care for him at all. All she cares is a fake social status.
WORD!
Had Mihir still worked as Malhotra' CEO would Rinky have made the same demand to him, stormed his place for it? NO, the simple truth is she has been brainwashed by that friend of hers because he said Mihir isnt an entrepreneur, a friend whose own standing as of yet hasnt been clarified, the guy seems jobless to me himself and yet he goes around making all those big talks, which this stupid girl has taken a little too personally.
If she was that confident about Mihir' skills and believed that much in him she would have defended her husband and her brother who were said to have indulged in the practice of nepotism by that friend of hers.
The only reason RInky is being the selfish little brat she is is because she wants Raman to bow down in front of her tantrum and make Mihir a part-owner of this company, a venture which is still a start-up from the business point of view, being less than a year old just so she can have deeper pockets to dig in and also boast that her husband is the owner of XYZ company in front of those friends of hers with whom she gets drunk to the point of losing her mind.
Tomorrow, she may want Raman to name the whole damn company to her, so should Raman bow down to that too?
Raman hasnt started this business with his father or ancestral money, but by the backing of financers who believed in him and his leadership - it has been solely HIS hard work of years that has paid off, and thus he isnt entitled nor obligated to share the ownership of his company with any of his siblings. Naming Ishita as the owner of the company or keeping aside a part of the same for his children isnt wrong at all. As his wife Ishita is as it is entitled to everything he owns and his children do have the rights to his earnings as well, but Mihir and RInky dont. Raman has merely transferred the amount of shares he held in Ishita' name and there's nothing wrong with it at all. Should he have wished it he could have donated all of his earnings to charities and no one could have raised an objection to it, none of his siblings as its his self-earned money. And just because he hasnt mentioned his parents in the will doesnt mean that he hasnt thought of them, he knows Ishita would look after them were something to happen to him.
Ishita as the prime benefeciary of the will would have been needed to run so many errands on his behalf had she had to take the place in the company, wouldnt it have been too much to ask of his parents in their old age? Also like he himself mentioned among his siblings only Simi is a little responsible but could she have handled things when she is herself grappling with the things happening in her life.
