How does vanddu came to know about ishita's health report..n dat too Raman giving a gift on her anniversary..as far as know ishra has not yet discussed or told this thing to any family members

All I can say is cvs really know how to ruin potential tracks. They forget what they write. It would have been beautiful if after consummation ishra privately went for help, so disappointed they used ruhi for such a adult track. There wasn't even a talk between vandu and ishita, it would have made sense than.

It is not a blopper according to me. Vandu reference was to point out that they have discussed this issue in the past!! It is left for viewer's assumption!! It is same as holi scene when raman said to ishita that he told her he will take the relationship to the next step when all his problems regarding adi will be resolved!! And i think its ok to not show everything certain things are left for our assumptions!! I wont be surprised if they give references of ishra consumation as having been done already
