According to me, I feel there are two possibilities that could be happens related to Ishita blood report.

Option 1 : I am not sure if CVs know it or not, in reality, a person who has low hb count, cannot donate blood, and there is no need of a medical report and a day to tell the donor that her blood count is less. So, I feel they have changed the script after viewers spamming them for no ishra separation.

Option 2 : I feel Ishita would have requested the doctor not to disclose anything incase if there is any seriousness in her report in front of Raman seeing Raman's state of fear after the dream.

I seriously hope it is first option though somewhere I have fear that it could be second one

Yeah you are correct. Even i too felt the same. But if ishu is about to something about hiding her reports from raman, then she would have not been laughing and teasing raman immediately. But we cant expect logic from yhm.

Exactly same fear I have. I feel if leap happens thn possibility of 2nd option is very very high.
I wish CV doest not do this. I want Ishita to share her prob wth Raman

Someone who has a low blood count cant donate blood first of all, and donations are accepted only once the donor is checked not to mention if the donor has some life threatening disease too his/her blood isnt accepted and here they had the doctor mention that her blood was transmitted to someone who had a heart surgery...in which case, it would be incredibly stupid if they now have the doctor informing Ishita that she has blood cancer

They seriously showed it like that. That an anemic person's blood was given to a heart surgery patient?! I missed that on the LU. 🤣

EK is coming up with her own Medical terminology. 🤣

On serious note-

When did Ishita donate her blood? Wasnt she admitted to hospital for pillar falling on her? 😕

Yeah they did Krishy the doc mentioned her blood was transmitted to a patient who was operated a day ago and this woman has her own fundas of medicine and law sweetheart, dont try to find logic, you would loose your sanity 😆

Yep Megha, imagine the poor guy or woman learning - saved from heart ailment, died from cancer...Crap this could be the basis of a NEW REVENGE track against the Bhalla family - the spouse of the poor woman or man would want the family of the woman who donated her blood to suffer like he/she did...in which case which Bhalla child would be sacrificed at the altar - crap dont make it Adi or Ruhi after the leap...imagine learning their lover is the child of the patient who got cancer 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

As for pillars falling and all - Ekta clearly believes its not a biggie as SRK says - Bade bade deshon mein aaisi choti choti baatein ... hoti rehti hai.😆
