4 kids is not max for Ekta. Ekta usually makes her female lead have 5 kids. Look at Archana. I want a boy first for Ishra and then a girl or twin girls. Then I'm pretty sure Shagun is gonna kidnap the son.

I think beta coz the eunuch predicted in that lohri sequence...so one more hier after adi...I mean gkc...but I am confused that they are bringing up ishu medical reports suddenly...is there any issue or shags is trying to change reports so that ishita turns jm and feels guilty...coz dramatic turn can b this...shags all pretending to be lovy dovy with ex and kids and ishu guilty...leaving Raman for good then the big c and finally ishu preggy...oh GOD...is confusion se bachao
