Ishita plays cupid between Subbu & Simmi; Shaguns secret plan come

In the latest episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, we saw Ishita having a conversation with Subbu about Simmi in her clinic. She asks Subbu is he wishes to get married to Simmi for her daughter Ananya's sake or out of adoration for Simmi. Ishita also makes herself clear that Raman won't spare Subbu if he hurts Simmi's feelings the way Parmeet did. Subbu assures Ishita that he is genuinely interested in Simmi and expresses a wish to take her on a date.

Ishita wonders how to convince her MIL Mrs. Bhalla to allow Simmi to spend some time with Subbu. However, Mrs. Bhalla surprises Ishita by taking the initiative to send the duo on a romantic date so that they know each other better. Ishita gets glad to know Mrs. Bhalla's views on the date and offers her help to Simmi for getting ready for the evening out with Subbu.

As a cherry on cake, the Bhallas get happy to know that even Rinky has patched up with Mihir and the pair is happily living together. Ishita's younger sister Mihika goes for a job interview where she finds a man named Suraj waiting for her. Suraj ridicules Mihika for separating from Ashok and forecasts that no employer will offer her a job. Before leaving the place, Mihika corrects Suraj by saying that it was not Ashok but she taught him a lesson by deflating his ego.

Mihika returns home to Amma with a broken heart and worries about being a burden on her parents without a job in hand. However, she is surprised when Rinky drops in to offer her a job in Raman's company being handled by Mihir. Mihika refuses to work with Mihir but Rinky manages to convince her by saying that she has discussed the opportunity with Mihir and won't mind if the two work in close vicinity. Relieved with Rinky's reply, Mihika accepts the job offered by her.

On the other hand, Subbu visits Bhalla house to pick Simmi for their date. Mrs. Bhalla gets happy to see Subbu looking handsome in the evening suit. He presents a gift to Ishita as a token of gratitude for helping him unite with Simmi and asks her to open the gift after he leaves.

Simmi arrives dressed well for the date and receives a warm compliment from Subbu. The pair departs amid good byes and cheers from Ishita and Mrs. Bhalla.

Shagun gets into a soup as she is summoned by the local ACP for some investigation. As Shagun arrives at the police station, the calculative ACP questions her and reveals that her passport was found lying with a travel agent who met with an accident. Shagun gets nervous with the ACP's investigative approach and worries about getting caught for planning to escape to Australia with the children. However, the ACP asks her to leave but could not help noticing Shagun's apparent uneasiness throughout the meeting.

Will Simmi and Subbu ultimately agree to get married after the date? Will Shagun be caught red handed for trying to fly away with the children?
