Even when one of the parent is flying out he/she needs a permission letter from the other saying its OK for the child to go.

Here this is a messed up custody case were Shagun has visitation rights only under supervision. How the HECK can she take kids to Australia. this is utter bullshit!

Well it depends
If Raman had not apllied
IDSDT in the custody, divorce file
Then Shagun can take them wherever she want
And it happen a lot between divorced families here, that the other party escape in another country
I donno for india
But here its very frequent
