Mi-Mi-Rinky Mess, Everyone's fault.

I feel that everyone in Bhalla household are responsible for the Mi-Mi-Rinky mess. Starting with the Bhalla Family: Why Oh Why do they have to force Rinky to get married when she wanted to Study further?? I mean, Come on this is the 21st century. The decision of When to get married?? and Whm to get Married to??!! Should entirely be of the girl/boy. B'cos only they know when they are ready to get settled in their lives and ready for the new responsibilities. But No!!. The great Toshi Bhalla kept pushing Rinky to say Yes for the Fraud Groom. While all Rinky wanted to do was study further and get a nice job and become independent.

The fault of Ishita Bhalla: Oh my she is the main culprit in all this fiasco.. What she thinks that the marriage is some Doll Play. That if one Groom Doll gets broken, replace it with another Groom Doll and continue the play?? Ishita was contradicting herself. At first she said that it's not Rinky's fault that her marriage got broken, so they must not worry about society or people that what they would say or think?!. They should just support their daughter and not worry about society. But then in next few minutes she tries convincing Mihir to Marry Rinki!!! Why ?? May I ask WHY??? I mean was it b'cos in hearts of hearts even Ishita was afraid of the society that what they may or may not say?? Or she was worried about the marriage expenses and all the money being spent on this marriage and wanted to finish off the marriage on that very day to save the future expenses that would have cost them in case they got Rinky married on some other day.??

Rinky: Why didn't she open her mouth at that time??!!. Had I been in that situation, I would have flatly denied to get married to Mihir or anyone for that matter, right after the "Fraud Groom" incident. No girl in her right mind would agree to marry another man, right on the spot. This is not some Dress Exchange Mela. Where you have bough the dress without Trial and later find out that the dress did not fit properly, you exchange it for another one suiting your size, right on the spot, because of the shop's "No Money Back Policy." Rinky could have said that she needs some time to think and right now she is interested in studies and doesn't wanna get married to anyone. I'm sure her family would have respected her decision.

This is a real life incident happened to my friend. On her wedding day she came to know that the Guy she was about to marry was already married to a Christian girl, but he was afraid to tell his parents about his marriage as his Parents were orthodox Hindus and he thought that they would never accept this Inter-Caste Marriage and might kick him out of the house, as he had no where to go. So just to please his parents, he got ready to marry the second time to a Hindu Girl, which his parents selected for him i.e., my friend. But somehow the reality of the guy being already married came in front of everyone on the D-Day and the marriage got called off. Everyone went to their home without any drama. They later sorted this issue amicably and The Bride Groom's parents were asked to bear all the expenses, that were spent on this Sham Marriage and Groom was asked to apologize to Bride and her Family in front of everyone, excepting that it was entirely his fault and no one else. Esp. the Girl was not to be blamed for this entire Fiasco. The Girl later got married to another Guy a year later and is now happily married. Her Parents were sensible enuff to call off the marriage instead of creating a scene. They neither raised an Hue or Cry on the venue saying "Now who will marry my daughter??" nor tried to search for the single men among the guests present there, who came to attend the wedding pleading them to get married to their daughter on the spot on the very day. Now this is what I call "Matured Thinking"

Raman: Instead of playing the Blame Game with Ishita. He could have stopped Ishita from making the decision of getting Rinky married to Mihir. Raman in his heart knew that this decision of Ishita is wrong. But still he tend to keep quiet. Raman's problem is that even after knowing that what's happening is wrong, he let's the events happen and then raises a big hue and cry like a fisher women hollering and shouting at top of his lungs blaming Ishita for every thing, instead of stopping the incident from happening in the first place. For example, during the New Year's Eve when Ishita was acting like a complete idiot and being "Balidaan ki Devi" doing stupid things like Making Raman cut the cake and celebrate anniversary with Shagun and gift her the Earrings. Though Raman was fuming from inside, he still went along with Ishita's idiotic plan and was acting like her puppet dancing on her tunes. Later he started shouting on Ishita for making him do that ridiculous things. He could have very well opted out of the situation, by simply saying "NO"!! in the first place.

Another thing I don't like about Raman is that he always says sorry to Ishita and makes promises of never hurting her and the very next moment he says or does something and ends up hurting Ishita more than ever. So I think it's better that Raman should never make such promises in the first place.

Mihir: Who told him to become the sacrificial Goat and get married to Rinki?? Mihir made the same mistake once. Just because he is indebted to Raman, he agreed to marry Mr. Tandon's sister. While he was still in love with Mihika. Only to refuse getting engaged on the D-Day which was like insulting Mr. Tandon. Had Mihir opened his mouth first itself, all this drama wouldn't have happened. Mihir again repeated his mistake by getting married to Rinky. He got married to Rinky, because he wanted to do something for Raman and the Bhalla Family, because he feels that by doing this he could redeem the betrayal of his Sister done to Raman and his family. He had Mihika in his heart while he got married to Rinky. No matter how much ever Mihir denied the fact later, but it was true or he wouldn't hav got so much affected when ever he run into Mihika by accident. The Blabbering after getting drunk is the clear example of this, that Mihir still harbours deep feelings for Mihika

One Day Mihir asks Ishita for love advice and makes her, his love guru and asks tips on Happy Marriage Life and Romance. The next day he very rudely tells off Rinky for planning the vacation, citing his work load in office as the excuse. Ok maybe he was under immense pressure because of excessive Work Load, but he could have explained this to Rinky very politely, instead of being harsh and reprimanding her for making the travel plan.

Rinki should try to understand that Mihir is a person not some Software that can delete the unwanted files from his memory at the touch of a button. Of course Mihir needs time to move on and forget Mihika and she needs to be accommodating and give that time to Mihir.

If Mihika wants to give some tips on Happy Married Life to Mihir then she should do it indirectly. She could have told Ishita who in turn would have conveyed this message to Mihir and made him understand that he needs to take some time off for his wife and make Holiday plans. This way she would not have gotten the blame of breaking Mihir and Rinky's marriage.

I know I wrote a big lengthy essay full of stupid blabbering that too on some fictional show, which is shown only for entertainment purpose. But I felt like venting out my frustration. So I did that and now I'm feeling light. LOL

P.S. Believe me my English is much better thn this. Right now I may sound like some uneducated buffoon with no sense of spell check and grammar, My excuse is that I did not proof read it while posting. Just now I proof-read the crap fest that I have posted and so desperately wanna correct the mistakes, but sadly experiencing a splitting head-ache so couldn't do it ATM. So in case you are reading this crap,
Please pardon my mistakes.Thank you

Completely agree with u!

CVs wanted to create this minky marital problems drama later hence they made all the characters make mistakes during their Shadi.

It wud have been better if they cud just have shown Rinky n Mihir getting closer as friends after Rinky's marriage broke up, Bhallas noticing that n then thinking of marrying them off. Mihika coming back to Iyers n Mihir's feelings resurfacing for Mihika etc. Actually this cud have added to their airtime filling.

But CVs wanted to create MU/fights between ISHRA so they chose the other option. 😃

What a bang on post! I completely agree with. Ishita is at the biggest fault here but none of the other Bhallas are completely innocent either. If the Minky wedding were to happen it could have happen later not at the moment. For the sake of drama, cvs sometimes show the most ridiculous things.

Yes you are right. If there is no drama, then the daily soap will come to an end.😛

Esp. Raman and Ishita. The leads get butchered more often than necessary. Then cv's try to make them redeem themselves only to get down right dirty, wash, rinse and Repeat!!

The thing that disturbs me the most is that why the hell did Ishita insisted on getting Rinky the very day?? At first she said that they should not worry about society and what they are gonna say. But the very next moment she decides to get Rinky married to Mihir, to save her Family's honor in the eyes of the society. This is what I call hypocrisy. At least they could have given Rinky some time to process all this and to resurface from the shock she received from the "Fraud Groom and Marriage Breaking" Incident. They could have given her some time to compose herself and think over all these things properly and then should have let her decide that what she wanted to do next.
