Asma I will candidly admit I am terrible at everything else except writing "the next chapter" Tara aka Shruti, Ashu and SR are the only ones I make happy on a daily basis, not to mention Hershey who seems missing for two days now

Are u kidding Nisha, U make me also happy, and am sure most of us. Ur morning updates gives me a kick start to the day. Some times I just wake up and think same old thing, make breakfast, pick up everything, same old routine, I get so irritated, I go about grumbling, kya kare karna hi padega...then I read the updates, or some of ur comments and console myself, everybody does this...there is a saying in Kannada Ellara mane dose thoothu. Everybody has their own problems and ways of dealing with it r different. Whether u r middle class,upper middle class, or stinking rich😉

I feel like... Life is a drama, we have to act in it or act it out...I love this line said by someone
I dont know whether I am making sense😆, bt seriously I admire u a lot...and most of us are terrible at something or the other.

I am loving all the home truths II is getting to hear about...Amma and Akka are very pragmatic in life (dont know if it the right word).

Me too missing Harshita, love her hindi wala comments.

@blue5sky- superb analysis yesterday. ⭐️

The last updates have given us a reality check Nisha...the way Amma and akka make II realise those little things are so awesome..II has always been known to take decisions in a haste way and it'll take a long time for her to actually understand how these things work...

THANKS VERY VERY MUCH! I am thrilled you are able to connect with Iyer Tamil in Pune, through SW Symphonies. I write it froma no man's land (well almost😛) in Mountain West USA. So we are in the same boat.

Age does not matter. I read every new release of Diary of a Wimpy Kid RELIGIOUSLY. Enakku ezhu kazhudai vayasu aaradu (I am as old as 7 donkeys, literally translated). If I spot a Junie B Jones I havent read in Barnes & Nobles I quickly read it on my way to the check out😛
I dont write po*n or semi-po*n, or about violence or abuse, please dont feel uncomfortable

I have been married over 18 years as well... so if there was a rule "People over 30 should not enjoy romance or romance fiction the entertainment Industry in MY side of the woods and India would both go out of business in a DAY"

THANKS FOR YOUR MORE VOCAL PRESENCE
I appreciate every word you say

@VeeIyer...

Let ur body age but not the mind is the motto to be followed, this is said in many daily soaps also, so that whatever our age we watch the romance be it mature, teen, inbetween,other wise so many shows would shut shop, so many romance writers r also so old...experience counts more...we should all enjoy life...😛😊

Something is wrong with me I think, Iam harping about life too much today...dont know what the day holds in store for me.😉

Dear Nisha,

Please include me in this list. I Might not be able to give you my feedback on regular basis. But have loved all your updates for various reasons. Your updates are actually like life - Unpredictable, yet real. Hence more worthy the time you invest in writing and make our wait worth it. I am addicted to this tail. If I can say so, you are one of the BEST WRITERS (and am not talking about forum). I have read fair amount of fiction / nonfiction. Not to say those fiction / nonfiction see light of day after their manuscript has been vetted by many. Whereas as you churn out chapter after chapter on daily basis (inspite of the fact that you are working women with two kids) which is marvelous feet.

Please never ever give up on writing. You are Blessed to put your thought in writing which acts as entertainment, stress buster, guide (in many ways) and many of us can relate your characters in different ways.

You have made everyone fascinate about each of your character.

Thank you. Thank you for this wonderful tail

I read every comment multiple times and formulate answers on the go and when I get home I just begin writing, only in the mornings when I am collecting my thoughts before the next chapter I am able to do a mediocre job of writing responses to people.
I enjoy reading stories that are narrated "simply" the most. Thats why my favorites are Jhumpa Lahiri and Arundhati Roy among contemporaries

Where chopping an onion IS chopping an onion, I am unable to understand comprehend and dwell on what every piece of pink chopped square means in the big picture of the universe etc

Stories told conversationally are my favorite, may be I suffer from ADHD😕? i dont know but if there is 17 pages of descriptions of places or emotions without one conversation... I am weary and want to put the book away

As I grow older I find I have less time to read not more😭 Since I began writing this story... ZILCH
Thats OK because this is creativity of a different kind... and hopefully will teach me a thing or two about life, the universe and humans

Totally. I might not be sold on a lot of things that go on here in the name of independence blah blah...but one thing I have certainly learnt is to take care of ones individuality carefully. I have tried to Instill that in my kids that you have to maintain a balance...not I I I all the time, it should be US too BUT when push comes to shove make sure the I is strong. Can't let people trample all over you..while you look on as a victim.
