Can anyone please explain me the purpose of Subbu track?

Its a genuine question as I am not getting the reason y it is being played out?

To play a rehash of classic "Pati Patni aur woh" drama, though it had been done once already. Last time the Patni invited the drama and by the looks of it, she'll do it again. And, to balance her blunders, maybe the Pati will do some kaand as well. Like last time he had gone completely out of his character and tried to force himself onto his Patni out of nowhere just to negate his Patni's blunders after blunders.

Maybe the formal verbal confession is a reason too. Star Parivar award is coming in June and the confession track with the suspense of MU will do wonders. 😛

From what we have seen of ishra since their marriage,they are beyond insecurties,especially about intimacy because most times they are comfortable when getting cosy with each other . i do feel this subbu track is forced and cvs are just making things up as they go, they are just watching audience reaction ,always a disaster when they have no set plan. cvs might even drag it until they quickly change tracks in a rush,as always

Well, I already posted my view on Leo's thread, I don't think Raman will MU her. Rather Bhallas or even Iyers can MU her seeing her over-friendliness with Subbu and when Raman will emerge into the scenario, he'll clear the air by showing his full trust on her. That would be saving grace for this track, honestly.

Other than that, Raman MU can happen too, it's a daily soap so I can't rule it out yet.

The next one certainly can happen considering Puttar's guilt-tripped nature. Directly or indirectly Subbu and Sahgun can blackmail him using his marital equation with Ishita. I read Piya Ray said something like " more than Subbu, fans should be worried about Ishita's inexperience". It can mean two things--one, Subbu ganag might use this marriage consummation thing against Raman or at the end of this track, Ishita will be equally eager to consummate the marriage without any delay or shyness.

^^ CVs have definitely changed the storyline of this track. They know if they exaggerate, it will be disastrous. They are still exploring on viewers response.

Yes, the Subbu track has no significance now other than creating unnecessary drama or mu. The writer previously said Ishita's past wouldn't be shown as it's got nothing to do with her present and future. She also said maybe Subbu would come for a cameo to see how happy is now and she finally has found her soul mate. Eventually they will show it now too but with lots of added drama...effects of time slot change.😆
