Sujata comes to the court at Mihika' behest after studying the original papers of Ruhi' custody. She points out to the judge that Ruhi' custody was granted jointly to Ishita and Raman so only his sign isn't enough to transfer the custody nor can it be the basis to deny Ishita the visitation rights.
She turned the case around in IshRa' favour and later warns Shagun that anything she says or does will be used against her in the Court.
Prior to her entry Ishita and Shagun are shown arguing in front of the judge and Ishita mentions how Shagun left Ruhi when she was a baby of six months to live with another man though Shagun tries to make it seem that she was not happy with Raman.
Later mihika and Anita' bytes are shown, Mihika narrates the scene and Anita received some gifts from her fans who left it with Karan since she was away in Goa with Rohit for which Anita thanked them.
