Isn't there an option of joint custody in India when parents separate/divorce? I mean most of the other countries have this as research shows that psychologically it's better for children to have both parents in their lives. So children often divide their time with both parents - sometimes equally and sometimes more with one parent. If there is such an option in India as well, its so strange that it was never mentioned as a possibility even once in YHM!?!? It surely would have prevented a lot of negative events/situations that has happened lately! 😕
