Should YHM End

So I been reading many comments on various platform and I'm feeling this negativity toward the show. Some are targeting the actors personal life decisions while other says its their dislike toward the recent tracks. So I'm just asking a simple yes or no question and no "if" such as if the story gets better. I'll just share my opinion.

YHM was a fabulous and a unique show in its initial days. The show portrayed many beautifully unqiue bonds such as Mihika- Ishita, Ishita- Bala, Mihir-Raman , funny quarrels between amma- mummyji and others I'm sure i forgot to mention, all these bonds made us feel good and wish for such relations in our lives. The most special bond of all is definitely Ishita and Ruhi, this is what drew me and many others to the show. Eventually the combustible chemistry between Raman and Ishita, their cute nok-jhoks and the funny on liners made us all IshRa and YHM fans in no time. The show had this good "real feel" in most aspects. The problems came and went , but it left us feeling contempt as after each problem IshRa relationship was taken to new level, the subtle way both were falling in love was amazing !

But these days I feel the story is being far stretched beyond it's capacity and it has became a case of quality versus quantity. Yes these new twist and turns prolong the story but at the trade off of substances. Ever since the new time slot kicked in and the battle of TRPs began , the show started to go backward, some unnecessary drama such as the Shagun and Mihika's wedding really had me cringe. I won't say we didnt have any good tracks in recent time, the Raman unemployment track was good till he end up working for Ashok, and the ongoing Ruhi's custody is also quite emotional. BUT I think the story is trying to go back from square 1 and its repeating it self which I personally don't like as it contradicts with facts given to us in previous tracks. There is only so much one can ignore. I was reading a post made on this forum by another member about IshRa C&C and many said they no longer care , as the CVs had teased us enough regarding this matter that when it actually airs people wont be gushing over it like if it had been done a little earlier. To me a that's BIG FAIL on the show that is claiming to be a love story.

What affects me the most is turns of the character, especially Raman Bhalla. He was a Strong alpha male character with many layers of complexities and people instantly started loving him. But recent times he taken the back bench , he is either shown as making mistakes and crying a river over it or getting angry for no good reason at all. Like his actions aren't justifiable nor am I able to relate to it like before. Ishita is not any better either, she was initially a women of substance with high dignity. Yes even then she was doing things for her family sakes and helping them out but she also showed, anger, disappointment and logical thinking , she was real! Now she does all this larger then life gestures, maybe the old TRP aunties can appreciate her for this but it has me shouting "get real".

YHM is not what it once was. It maybe gaining TRPs but it's losing hearts. Of course I'll watch the show till it's end but I personally feel the show should start to wrap up little by little on a good note.

Sorry for the long Rant, but I had to get it out somewhere 😳.These are just my opinion of course , I would like to hear yours.

I want this show to end..
wen i was watching the show there is a time i adore that this show is the best show after ipkknd1.and even more..but see wat this show has became...Ipkknd also telecastd in starplus at prime time..but for trps sake the quality of that show never degraded..and had a best ending..rather dan dragging..people cried wen came to knw dat ipkknd was ending..thats the huge sucess for any show..but look here audience are requesting to shut it down..even CC are delayed to an extent dat viewers lost intrest in dat also...

ratings show trp junta r loving it so dont waste ur time with these polls haha

Its true that we dont see old YHM now. But show ending is not the ultimate solution for everything. There are lot of tracks which can be explored if CVs think wisely. Definitely we can make a request to CVs atleast and try whether they listen or not. It will be really unfair for the actors if show ends abruptly. They deserve all the awards and the limelight which they are in now. Lets wait and hope for the best😊

The show that I once liked has to end because it has nothing different to offer. Even the chemistry between raman and ISHITA is not enjoyable. It just lasts for a few second and many weeks of torture. I just don't like the fact that Shagun is given too much screen space and then it is sending wrong messages to the viewers. She is forgiven each and every time and she ends up committing more nasty things. So they are promoting that it's ok to cheat on your husband go back to him create a havoc in his life just because she gave birth to children. I just feel it is not right.



The show is beyond repair. I heavily depend on the daily reviews in this forum. Thank you thank you thank you thank you so much for doing this and sorry at the same time for bearing the torture. You guys are great.
