This show has made the law a big joke. Though I am not a regular viewer of this show but I still come to know about the latest updates due to the other members of my family who watch this nonsense show. As far as I know, few months back they showed that judge has given custody of Ruhi to Ishita permanently. It was after the incident when shagun-ashok couldn't get married.

Now they are showing a complete nonsense and crap🤢. How can Raman give Ruhi's custody to shagun??/ Or how can even raman be tricked to do so when Ishita has joint custody of Ruhi?? Without Ishita's consent it can't be done.

They have made Ruhi and Adi's life hell like this. Poor kids don't even know what's happening and it is the result of evil mind of their mother, who just know how to use kids. Moreover the is the law so blind to see what kinda mother has shagun always been?

They are unnecessarily prolonging the useless tracks instead of focusing on Ishita and Raman's marriage and love story.

It is not even joint custody. Ishita has sole custody.

But the show is about Custody and Ishita-Ruhi mohabattein, not ishita Raman...

You are right. They showed giving custody to Ishita. But I don't think Raman doesn't have the joint custody as he's Ruhi's biological father.

Exactly, they are showing the nonsense and crappy things here... When Once court has handed over the custody to the Inshita, neither raman nor shagun has a right to go against the court orders and do the contract... in btw chidren are not the property to make the play of contract... If once court pass the order, even court does not have the power to take it back. It can only rectify or go on an appeal to higher courts... Its simply bull shit and crappy... story line sucks and they are spoiling the law just for the trp's and nothing else.

while watching Indian soaps, one has to switch off the mind...and pretend that the characters exists in a fictional world...

thats the only valid explanation i can give...

true they have made a fun out of it...and i think the kid should b handover to the custodian when the courts r open not on the day of holiday...if i m not wrong...

Fiction too is not supposed to be nonsense. I know that it's drama and they have to put some elements in the story to make it look like a drama but where is it written that they can show anything and viewers can accept it. CVs forgot what they showed earlier and think viewers are fools.

oh, dont get me started on how they mock us...all just for trp's...

basic logic is never used...tell me, which CEO, after asking his lawyer to read a set of contract papers, sign a totally different set...that too esp when he knows what a conniving woman his ex-wife is...

Raman had such a strong case against Shagun, but still he goes for out of court settlement...despite Shagun asking for 4 lakhs rs monthly allowance...

which couple who after completing a year of marriage, after sleeping on the same bed for sometime, start sleeping separately...just to avoid the confession, when other times, they are so comfortable n full of PDA...

legalities are totally used as per their own convenience...major things are also taken casually...
