Shagun words to the Bhallas were not wrong. In a way they were correct however it's Shagun. When Shagun and Raman first got sepearted, she wanted Adi's custody not because she wanted her son with but because she didnt want Raman to have him. Right after she send him to boarding school. Same with now. She knows Adi is her trump card to getting things out of Raman. Weather she loves Adi or not she is defiantly one selfish woman. She has never once put her son above her needs. So I don't feel sorry for one bit. She doesn't deserve any children at all.

After maybe in indian society thats how it works

Hey, it's not about society, that's how Indian court works. The mother always gets the custody till the child turns 18. Post which the child decides with whom he or she should stay. The mother gets alimony from the father for child's upbringing. But in certain cases, the financial part is considered very very important...

Indian family law, is mostly pro-women, since certain societal elements were against the woman in marriage...hence the law is very strict in such cases...mostly the custody of kids are with mother only...also if the man asks for a divorce, and the woman refuses than the court mostly tries to reconcile...and eventually if it cannot, then the man has to give a haevy alomony to the woman, post divorce.

if the woman gives even one complaint against her husband or her in-laws, they are straight away arrested, without any questions answered

unfortunately, in some case, woman have used this law to trouble the husband and in-laws...to make them bend to her wishes

i think people are mis-understanding her motive for adding Ruhi's clause...i dont think she did that under the impression that both are objects, n if u get Adi i get Ruhi...

i think her major reason was that they feel the pain of snatching their kids away from them...

agreed, breaking Ishita was also one of the reason, which gave her sadistic pleasure...but then she is the antagonist, she will be a sadist...

but her main motive was, "now you know, how it feels'
she is the kinda of woman, who if slapped, will slap the opponent in return, she will never follow gandhiji's ahimsa dharma 😆 hence that clause...

i agree most with what DiyaRathore said...there are two version, one grey and one black...and as per their requirements, cv's get the versions out...

cause back in Amma's accident track, she clearly took Adi's blame on herself...that shows that she does love Adi...but yes the values the she is imparting on him, is criminal...

When you chose to use your kid for your own selfish motives, you will have to bear the consequences too. But she is way too delusional to understand she messed up her own life along with Adis life as well.

I agree.

Dialog wise "you are snatching away my only son ' is right ...but then everybody can write and say emotional dialogs to manipulate the situation..
Whatever Shagun said was only "dialog" bcoz she did not felt anything in her heart..Adi is her only weapon using which she wins against RKB and Bhallas.. So for her its all about winning the game or battle...at any cost she is not ready to give up her game against RKB...
A mother who can buy sarees without giving the fees of her "beloved" son, is not a human being in nature on the first place, so whatever drama she created in Bhalla house was part of her evil game..Adi was always a victim...Mothers does not make their children weapon of war against in laws, their only worry remain the upbringing of their children, here Shagun is worried about herself only, her life , her ego and her bloody war against Raman

I wish I could agree to that but Shagun has always been selfish. Never for once has she given her kids priority in her life. Its always I-Me-Myself for her. No mother would have callously abandoned an infant to live with her lover 👎🏼 And even after her break up with Ashok did she try to think about Adi's future? She wanted to get back to Raman not because Adi needed a father but because she needed the luxury. She poisoned her own son's mind without realising the impact it will have on him. I don't think she deserves to be with anyone be it Adi or Ruhi.

it does not work like that in india. Mother is always given the first preference and the father offers alimony and they can can joint custody or mother is typically the main custodian.

In fact in YHM, Shagun has sole custody of Adi and due to all the wrong accusations made against Raman, he is supposed to keep 100 ft away from Adi!

Here it is not just about financial matters- Raman is anyways paying Shagun alimony for Adi but she is spending it on her parties etc rather than paying his fees. It is not about money alone. If Shagun was a good mother Raman would have been okay with Adi staying with Shagun and him getting a chance to meet Adi or Adi coming over once in a while. But Shagun only loves herself. She needs Adi today since there is no Ashok around. Rather than her supporting Adi, Adi has been taking care of her - her drinking, her sleeping pills overdose etc. She has turned him into a criminal due to his blind hatred for Bhallas and Ishita.

Last time she was found in a garbage dump! Next she may chase another richer man and send Adi to hostel. She was even planning to send Ruhi to hostel when she had her custody ...

Shagun today does not have a family that was purely the choice she made- if Raman had ditched her then she had an excuse, but it was the other way round! Raman wants Adi to have a permanent home and family - till a few months back he was calling Ashok his dad!

But what Shagun did now is good in a sense it an an eye-opener for Bhallas for their GKC rant!
