There is an OLV where it's shown Ishita and Ruhi are missing and Bhallas are very worried, And Shagun created a scene when she knew they were missing.

Also he hid all of the things from ishu..he doesn't trust her yet trusts shagun as if he doesn't know how cunnig that lady she is...BAS majboor baap ke chakaar main Kuch padhna nahi and kuch nahi bas ankh bandh karke papers sign kardiya
at least could have let ishu read those papers...instead of 24 hrs could have gotten more to solve the matter
