I completely agree with you Anku.. I was also thinking the same.. Ruhi getting distanced from Ishita (only for short span) can only lead to infertility track.. Because Ishita herself admitted on Anni day that she is complete because she has Raman and Ruhi by her side.. Anyway I'm keeping my expectations at the lowest.. Lets see what's in store for us!

Well we're not sure what misunderstanding they'll be having or having if any. We thought they'll have one now, when this whole mess happened. But they're fine. So can't comment much on where this track is heading. I am just assuming this all could EVENTUALLY lead to her pregnancy track. Can never be sure of anything though.
