how did shagun know about ishra?

so how would shagun know about ishra relationship? how would she know that they haven't said ILU or been intimate?

ishra are physically comfortable in public (more so than even when in privacy of their bedroom ) then what would give shagun that idea?

One best answer for your question is shagun stands outside ishra room always.. She heard each and every word they spoke.. And in one episode, when there was no current, in ruhi's room, raman mistook shagun as ishita and spoke to her that he is not able to express his feeling when she s near him. And he blabbered lot more.. So shagun came to a clear conclusion that there is nothing between them..
