most probably its breakup with sharad
ss per sources
and Ekta kapoor also consoled her commented on her insta pic of girls night out n told her to live her life as she wishes

from many recent incidents
also sharad insta pic hashtags that he later edited 😆

I hope the news is untrue..,

they are in a relationship for almost 7 years now... which is very rare these days,...
& also they look good together,,,...
& DT always looked happy & content, which is what matters,,...,.

But for some reason DT is definetly sad these days,... hope its for some other reason.,,.

First media target Karan.. but karan kbhi care nhi ki 👍🏼... but ab DT media ky pas or koi kaam nhi kya its her personal life.. jo bhi kare nd girls nighht wale pic ekta na comments kiye it does'n mean ky uska break up howa ha [
