Mihir seems to have gone delirious with happiness...Poore dilo jaan se hug kar raha tha Raman ko...Obviously, Raman is surprised...

Raman ka chehra dekhne layak tha...He's happy for Mihir...but he's not happy about the dirty office politics...He instantly understands its the MD's ploy to get back at him "Ill constantly harry you over the phone" Mihir signs off with another hug and is all set to leave for Bangalore...
Everybody was busy congratulating Mihir...But poor Raman...Nobody knows what his problems are...But then, the way Raman handled it, without feeling inferior or resentful towards Mihir is commendable..."Agar yeh Mihir ke kaamyaabi ki baat hai...toh iss baar Mihir ki kamyaabi ke raaste mein koi nai aayega...MAIN khud bhi nai"
Rinki ki shaadi ke charche chal rahe hain...Raman, who's watching all the excitement from the sidelines is wondering how he will manage all the expenses for Rinki's wedding... To be precise, the MD said "Tum ab aaram karo" Does that mean Raman ko naukri se nikaal diya? Ya wait kar raha hai ki woh resignation de dega? Or is it a deliberate demotion??
Apparently, Caneda-wali party jald hi aa rahi hai Rinki ko dekhne...and it seems, Rinki hasnt warmed up to the idea YET...Toshi ji is worried and asks Ishita to go and have a word with her...convince her for the wedding...
Bhabhi coffee leke Rinki ke room mein gayi...Rinki took a sip, and praised her coffee... "Bhai shayad aapke isi coffee ke upar fida ho gaye" she teased her

Uski lines ITNI LAMBI KYUN HOTI HAIN???🤔 Agar mujhe koi itni lambi speech deta toh main shayad soo hi jaati...Aur soo jaati, toh phir SHAADI KAB KARTI??🤪

Toshi ji is pacing the floor in the hall...She looks as tensed as lakhs of students who pace their terraces and drawing rooms and bedrooms waiting for their Board results...Rinki came out with a kind of enlightenment on her face...Simmi daud ke gayi uske paas, questioning her with her eyes "Kya faisla hai tera?" Rinki nodded her head, and Toshi let out an unabashed SQUEAL..and before she could die of happiness, Rinki cut in"Lekin ek shart hai...Main na padhai chhodungi..na career chhodungi" Toshi ji looked like she wasnt expecting this sort of conditional acceptance from Rinki's side...Nevertheless,
Ishita joined in and agreed..."Haan haan...jaise hi woh log aayenge waise hi hum unhe Rinki ke career plans bata denge..." and everybody caught on, that it was safer and smarter to go with whatever Rinki was demanding at this juncture...
Shagun was playing cards at some friend's place...Kya Maa hai?? I mean, she was short of EMBARRASSING her son just a day ago, coz of her neglect and carelessness...has no ambition and no resources to start a career on...and has no man to take care of her gazillion needs...but she looks SOOO carefree...soo relaxed...Apparently, she's losing out in the game...so that gives those badly-accented so-called friends of hers, an opportunity to throw some well-disguised filth at her... Raman, who has been upset about the tiff with the MD and the resulting consequences, had thought he would discuss the matter with Ishita..albeit..in a roundabout way...by making it seem it was a FRIEND's situation he was discussing, rather than his own... "Mera ek dost hai...kayi dinon se uske office mein problems chal rahi hain...uske har kaam mein kami nikaali jaa rahi hai...abhi haal hi mein ek project mein, uski jagah ek junior ko bhej diya..aise mein use kya karna chahiye?"

She consoled him..and made him understand that there's no point working at a place where no one respects his work ethics...or appreciates the efforts he puts in...

So it is. Raman shall RESIGN from his post...Should I be happy about it, or upset the show's taking a Holier-than-Thou-Ishita-and-her-Glory-In-Tow approach?? What Im guessing is - Now Raman will sit at home, look around for new jobs, and in the meanwhile...ISHITA jee-jaan lagake iss show mein PEHLI BAAR ROZ CLINIC JAYEGI...savings pe savings paison pe paise..bhar bhar ke ghar aayega...isi mein Adi ke school ki fees aur uske baaki ke kharche bhi manage ho jayenge...And then, Adi will go thru an ENLIGHTENMENT PROCESS...Where it dawns on him...ki yeh sirf Iishita Aunty nai, Ishima hai...There'll be a split screen in the TV/Imagery of Adi's mind...On one side, his own mother would be shown playing cards, getting drunk and not giving him a penny...on the other side, Ishita will be shown tending to back-to-back patients, coming home tired and drowsy at 2 in the morning...and turning five shades darker coz of all the HARD WORK AND EXHAUSTION...and handing over bundles of money...his Parvarish ka kharcha...That's MY version...none of which might happen..🤣
Shagun is busy drinking gallons of water to calm herself...Adi approaches her, reminds her about the school fees...She yells at him... "School ki fees ka last day hai" he reminds her
She gets a call from some Shefali... "Payment month end tak kar dungi...sarees bhijwa dena"

Poor Adi left the room...face downcast...
The horrible AAA...BG music did nothing to help his case..and it went on inordinately for longer than usual...Adi went out the door, towards the bench outside...
Ishita saw Adi going out in the lawn ...followed him
Baahar bench pe baithe pareshaan dikh raha tha...Romi bhi wahin tha...sits beside him
"Pareshan hai?" "Kya hua bol? Kisi ne kuch kaha?" "Chachu se chupp rahega?"
"Mujhe pata hai...teri bhi wohi prob hai jo meri hai""Kehne ko toh hamari bahut badi family hai...par asal mein koi nai hai"
He then took out his phone and showed him a funny video...
Adi broke out in a smile..and even hugged his Chachu...
Bhalla ji who's coming back home with stuff in his hands, witnesses this closeness and gets pissed, Ishita stops him...before he could and yell at Romi..."Romi Adi ka Chachu hai...woh usse pyaar karta hai...woh use kuch galat nai sikhayega...Use apni galti ki saza mil toh rahi hai..shayad woh koshish kar raha hai sudharne ki...Kya hum use ek doosra mauka nai de sakte??" She talks about giving Romi a second chance...
I kind of agree with her on this count...POOR ROMI...He's obviously acted like a total reckless fool earlier...but to say...that he cant even talk to his nephews and nieces is a little TOO MUCH...You cant have the man IN the house and expect him to turn his face away from even the KIDS...That's brutal..
PRECAP - Though Ishita's infused a lot of positivity in Raman's mind...he is still apprehensive..." Naukri chhodne ke baad...agar doosri naukri nai mili toh??"he asks Ishita
And while they talk,Adi, who's just come to meet him and talk about his school fees...gets to know about this...He's shocked...
What is he going to do now?? Zaroor Ishima uski fees bharengi...Am POSITIVE OF THAT...How else will there be Ishu-Adi closeness??
P.S. Im a little scared too..What if the MD uses his tactics and prevents Raman from getting a decent/better job after he resigns?? It might NEVER happen that way, but since this is YHM..my mind has already started thinking of the possible dramas that can ensue and torture us for a good month!
