So, Sonia Tipnis, the Belly-dancer is all set to make her sexy moves and woo her 'client' for the day...
Raman's already backed up to the swanky hotel bed and shifting on his feet, adjusting his tie, occasionally wiping off the sweatbeads forming on his forehead...
Sonia offered him the glass of wine/champagne - Raman responded with, "Nai main peeta nai hun...aaj mera Santoshi Maa ka Vrat hai"🤣
She kept circling him, inching closer to him...he kept backing out to wherever he could hide...she wanted to take off his coat; he said he's feeling feverish..Finally, when it seemed like she wouldn't relent, he climbed up on the bed and picked up a huge pillow to 'protect' himself from any kind of 'assault' the belly-dancer might launch on him...
"Main hi aapka GIFT hun" "Aapki wife ne hi toh bheja hai mujhe"
"Arrey aisi gift kaun bhejta hai yaar??"😛 Not believing a word of what she was saying, he kept shooing her off...'Aap jayiye naa" "Arrey KYA kar rahi hain aap?"
She even showed him the call log, with Ishita's number flashing on it..."Yehi hai naa Mrs. Bhalla ka num?" He nodded, totally clueless and panicking..Sonia put on some Arabian music(WHAT ARABIAN MUSIC?? It was an adulterated version of Arabian music...Mashallah mashallah from Ek Tha Tiger, I guess)...and gyrated her hips and jiggled her belly and swayed her arms like lotus petals folding and unfolding themselves...
In the meanwhile, Ishita reached Orchid Hotel and asked for Raman Bhalla...The receptionist informed her that a suite has already been booked in his name...Surprised, excited and thinking all sorts of things that normally make women go weak in the knees and conjure fairy tales in their mind, she strode towards Room No. 401...her chunky silver-white earrings swaying like pendulums.. and her saree in its full swish and sway...
Wahan, the belly-dancer is literally following Raman across the length and breadth of the room...she tries to inch closer towards him on the bed; Raman climbed down and ran towards the couch...she followed him (jiggling her hips and belly) to the couch; he moved towards the door...and on and on it went...with Raman shutting his eyes and hiding his face behind the pillow for some protection...
On reaching Room No. 401, Ishita heard some loud pseudo-Arabian music blaring right past the thick polished wooden doors...Thinking Raman's planned something unique and exquisite for her, she touched up and made her way into the room, after realising the door's open...
What followed next is HILARIOUS🤣
Raman is sprawled in a weird position on the bed...his legs apart...his Man&*$% on display, it seemed...with the belly-dancer literally dancing IN HIS FACE...OF COURSE, it isnt the best situation a wife can find her husband in...
Raman instantly shut his eyes, once he saw Ishita in the suite...Ishita's expression changed from a smiling, expectant wife to a SHOCKED, HORRIFIED one...
"Yeh sab kya ho raha hai yahan?" She hollered at Raman
"Arrey mujhe kya pata? Tumhen pata hoga...tumhi ne toh bheja hai ise"
"Main ISE yahan KYUN BHEJUNGI?"
'Mujhe lagta tha aap doosre aadmiyon ki tarah nahin ho...par aap bhi waise hi nikle"
"Arrey maine kuch bhi nahin kiya hai Ishita..."
"Maine DEKHA HAI AAPKO...range haathon pakda hai'
They squabbled, Raman yelled at her, defending himself at the same time..Ishita burst out crying...Aww...she looked SOOO cute, I literally wanted to pull her into a bear hug that moment...she is superbly adorable...
Sonia-the-belly-dancer tried to defend herself...'Hello..suniye..main koi aisi waisi ladki nai hun'
'Dance is an ART"
"Hello Madam...aap kahin aur kholna apni art ki dukaan...yahan meri shaadi dav pe hai"😛 Raman retorted...
Not prepared to listen to any excuse Raman kept coming up with, she rushed to the restroom...and broke down...sniffed and blew her nose...In the meanwhile, stupid Dr. Batra, who was an enigma till YESTERDAY(Like, a WHOLE YEAR) apologized to her, for mistakenly giving her Sonia-the-belly-dancer's number...instead of Sonia-the-interior-designer's num...I was wondering - HOW MANY SoniaS does Dr. Batra know?? Anyway, instead of apologizing to Raman and ending the drama, she decide she'll have some fun at his expense...
She walked out of the restroom, a long face and loud sniffs accompanied..."Arrey maine KUCH NAHIN KIYA YAAR...Ab toh maan jao" Raman pleaded with her..
"Theek hai...maan leti hun...main ghar jaa rahi hun, ab agar aapko aana ho, toh aap mere saath aa sakte ho'
"Theek hai...chalo main bhi chalta hun tumhare saath...Waise, koi aur hota toh meri khaal udhed deta...tumne kam se kam samjha toh sahi"
And then, Ishita apologized to him, telling him about the mistake committed by Dr.Batra and how she was cashing in on the resulting fiasco out of this mistake...
"Ohh...toh sorry TUMHEN bolna chahiye tha, aur main tab se peeche peeche ghoom ke sorry sorry bole jaa raha hun" he asked, eyebrows raised
ISHITA nodded, with a suppressed grin and her face glowing like a thousand lights..
Raman decided he'll FINISH the fun which started...'Ab batata hun main tumko' "Dance toh main dekhke hi rahunga...it was soo sensuous"😛
"Aapko inhone jitne paise diye hain...I'll give you twice..NAI THRICE...ab aap dance karo" he implored Sonia...By now, he's holding the belly-dancer's hand and Ishita's trying hard to pry it off...'Arrey chhodo naa uska haath' Ishita tried her best to wring his hand off hers...
Sonia was pissed by this time..."Main koi ROBOT nahin hun...jo switch on aur main dance karne lagungi" BAD DIALOGUE DELIVERY...Anyway, she refused to take the payment and left with a stupendous line
"Kuch sikhayiye apne pati ko...behave to aise kar rahe the jaise unki IZZAT LUT RAHI HO"🤣
Raman mock-pretended to be staring at her..."Arre..KYA DEKH RAHE HO AAP?? Woh jaa chuki hai" "Kafi hot thi yaar..", Raman teased her..''Haan toh jaao naa uske paas...USKI BELLY DEKHNE" Ishita scolded him..Love this typical husband-wifey nokjhok...Im soo soo glad its back...What MAKES YHM, YHM...is slowly being infused back with each episode
The Bhallas and Iyers have reached the venue...and Toshi ji and Amma are wondering if IshRa have reached the suite or not...leaving the others to settle down in the seats reserved for them, they make way towards the suite...
I cannot gush enough about HIGH on IshRa romance I was, seeing Raman hold on to Iishita's hand like he would never leave it...no matter what..Ishita blushed, grinned, behaved like a naughty child, had fun at her husband's expense...cried...all THE EXPRESSIONS WERE SPOT-ON...Raman floundered, panicked, got embarrassed, looked scared, acted naughty, chhedofied his wife...all of HIS EXPRESSIONS were SPOT-ON too...
Raman FINALLY gifted her the Anniversary gift...and yes, I was right...☺️...The sheet of paper WAS Ishita's med report...which says that Ishita CAN be a mother..that she can conceive..Apparently, Chinki (Raman'd longtime friend and a reputed senior gynaec in the US) managed it fr him...Wow...Im soo soo floored...Ishita was SHOCKED...I guess, it didnt register at first...I HATED the choice of BG music for this bit...where she was scanning the report...Her expressions were fine, though...
"Chances kam hain...lekin CHANCES HAIN..ki tum Maa ban sakti ho" Raman whispered in her ears, soft and gentle...
"Tum Ruhi ki Ishima toh ho hi..lekin MAIN tumhen Maa banne ki khushi dena chahta hun" YES Raman, we're waiting for that as well...The consummation...when you BOTH give each other the happiness WE'VE Been feverishly praying for, all this while...'Taki zindagi mein...ek bhi din...phir tumhen koi baanjh na keh sake" he finished
"Iss baanjh shabd ki wajah se maine bahut kuch khoya hai Raman...mera pehla pyaar chhoot gaya...mera shaadi toot gayi...log mujhe tarah-tarah ke taanen maarte the...koi yeh tak nai sochta tha ki mujhpe kya guzar raha hogi...phir meri zindagi mein TUM aaye Raman...Ruhi aayi...main COMPLETE ho gayi..." she mused, lovingly, her head resting on his shoulders...like time stood still
And then- she tore the report to pieces, saying, she already has everything in her life...her life's complete..and she doesnt need to do anything to prove something...I kind of understand her point...well...OF COURSE there will be demand for a GKC No.3, when the Bhallas and Iyers get to know about it...and OF COURSE IshRa will plan THEIR baby...that's some time away..but then, Ishita at this point KNOWS she's not deficient or lacking in something that makes her less of a woman...she's SECURE in this knowledge and doesnt HAVE TO give birth to a child to prove anything to anyone...she would do it when THEY FEEL LIKE IT...And that's awesome and praiseworthy
By this time, Ishita's face is tear-streaked and puffy...and Amma and Toshi ji enter the room and are shocked seeing Ishita cry..."Tu pher meri bahu ko rula raa hai' Toshi ji bellowed, screwing Raman's ears
'Raman...ANNIVERSARY ke din bi tum Ishu ko rula rahe ho?" Amma looked like she's just seen the belly-dancer jiggling her hips before Raman's eyes...😛
Before the Samdhins could torment Raman any further, Ishita defended him saying, "Inhone KUCH nai kiya Amma...woh toh unhone mujhe gift diya toh main emotional hoke rone lagi"
"Kaunsa GIFAT?" Toshi ji is curious...
IshITA very deftly avoided that qs and asked them how they reached the suite..."Arrey, humne hi toh book karwaya hai yeh SUITE" Toshi ji replied, grinning wide..."Taki tum dono ko disturab na kar sake"
They said they'll be down in the restaurant, having dinner and that the duo can join them later...Ishita offered to go with them...Raman CLEARLY did not want to "Arrey Maa keh rahi hai naa...tum Maa ki baat nai manogi?" looking meaningfully at her...
Once Toshi and Amma leave, Raman caught hold of Ishita, "Hamari anniversary hai...aur tumhen sabke saath neeche dinner pe jaana hai...pehle toh itna time waste karwaya" KP looked like a BOMB while saying these lines...his voice, soft and gravelly, his eyes making intense eye-caught screaming "I MEAN BUSINESS' in every word...
Ishita seemed like she was catching on to her hubby's intentions, "Raman...SAB neeche dinner karenge...aur hum yahan upar...kitna embarrassing hai'
"Haan toh anniversary hai bhai..daaka thodi daalna hai" HE JUST DOESNT WANT TO LET HER GO...😛 Ishita, by now is blushing hard...WHEN WILL THEY KISS YAAR? KAB DEKHUNGI MAIN WOH DIN??
P.S. Adi's ready to go to the restaurant..In the meanwhile, Shagun gets a call from her friend Tamanna, who has her jewellery shop's inaugural function today...The vamp gives her, her word that she'll be there soon...And then, promptly lies to Adi that her friend'd husband is ill and she's got to go see him...Obviously, Adi, who's not had Non-Veg since ages, and was hoping to binge on Chinese, is disappointed..Shagun, somehow manages it and leaves...
PRECAP - Ishita's back and sees Adi sleeping on the couch...she wakes him up and gives him the packed Chinese food she's got for him...Adi, for ONCE, is grateful to see her..Without a word, he picks up the packet and rushes to the dining table...takes out the boxes...ISHITA offers to give him a plate...he says it isnt needed...and starts feasting on the noodles...
I guess, the brat slept off, waiting for his mother to arrive and take him out dining...For once, Im glad to see this development...It wont be long before Adi would realise just how MUCH his own mother cares for him...and start leaning towards Ishita, emotionally...Its WAYYY better than the mother-son duo conspiring like heaven would split open or something...
P.S. 2 Raman and Ishita look SOO WONDERFUL together...I have compared them to EVERY OTHER telly lead couple Ive watched and observed...but NO other couple looks sooo RAVISHING and a TOTAL HEARTTHROB together...They're just PICTURE PERFECT...KP is at the heights of his acting potential with this show...he's reached a magnanimous level altogether..the inflections in his voice...the looks..the slow grins...the staring..the "Hmmm'...EVERY LITTLE BIT is FANTASTIC, coming from him...and DT is like his fiercest best competition...matching pace with him at EVERY STEP...Wonderful pairing...YHM couldn't have been THIS big without this pair👏👏👏
Raman is a HOTTIE...but he has eyes ONLY for his wifey...the way he kept hiding his face and shutting his eyes occasionally, trying to block out any of the sexy moves he might've accidentally seen, looked SOO CUTE...Women would kill to have a man like him😉
