You know I am of the belief that people aren't evil, they maybe selfish but they aren't evil. The writers of this show could have made Shagun a complex negative character acting out of selfishness but alas they made her into a very unidimensional and boring character. For me Raman's feelings towards Shagun are best explained in the conversation he had with Mihir about forgiving Shagun and I was so taken aback by the maturity of the scene. I was so happy to see such a scene played out on Indian tv, a protagonist saying 'everyone has the right to be happy, I have moved on in life, and my ex has the right to do the same' I was so happy to see such complex and mature thoughts on TV. But they ruined Shagun's character and now I feel difficult to sympathize her.@Malo: Yes of course Ruhaanika, she is brilliant and so is the rest of the supporting cast. YHM cast rocks!
