I like to think that it was Mr.Bhalla's small establishment that Raman initially refused to work in. And then took over after Shagun left turning it into this big thing that it is now.

You have to apply soapy logic. Even if we assume RKB is only an employee, still then no one can become a CEO of a company in just 6-7 years.

Not a commerce student but that's what I said. If Mr Bhalla Senior owned the company then Raman has to just take the reigns of it and do all his nataks. But whatever.
