Nope anyone but many one believe this

Raman loves adi and shagun only and he see shagun in ishita that's why he tried to go near to her but after her re entry in bhalla house his eyes are open and he knows that ishita is ishita not shagun and shagun is his first and last love

Bhalla are using adi name only to throw ishita our from house so shagun raman can re unite

I take this in 2 ways -

Ishra acting to prove that Shagun is winning n at her weak moment they will trap Shagun. (I want Ishita to be included in this plan coz it doesnt make sense to make her cry for some stupid act).

Raman truly doing wrong to Ishita - if this happens then his whole characterization n build up will fall like a house of cards. N maybe they want to start YHM from March 2014 Rkb n JKR where they only used to fight. Still a bad move story wise.
