First thing Shagun wants to get back with Raman not out of LOVE or SON or DAUGHTER. Her intentions are simple. She wants someone who can satisfy her monetary needs and Adi is aware only of the fact that his DAD does not love his MOM and Ishitha is the cliched STEP MOM. That's how shagun has been brain feeding him. So even he is not aware of his mother's true colors. Things will look even beautiful when he realizes this truth. That's when the actual drama starts. As of now these are the sub plots to the main one. Plus this is the only track where they can showcase Ishitha's insecurity as a Step mom. I do not want to bring Yashoda maiyaa talks here .. This track is all about a boy who is stepping in to teens longing for parental love, A father longing for his son and Ishitha overcoming her insecurity as a step mother and truly believe that she is a mother.

I so agree with you.. There are few things which we goto accept about both their characters as a whole.. One is overly protective when it comes to Adi cos he has been away and the other has to deal with insecurities as a woman.. This is going to be good.

For once, let us be realistic... Shagun herself doesn't have these ideas. She wants Raman only because she wants her future secured and nothing else... She's doesn't love Raman... These intentions can't stay hidden forever now...

Exactly she wants her future with loads of money to spend in SPA 🤣.. one way or the other this will have to come out in open and I am sure CVs are not going to hide this aspect of hers for long.

Every viewer of the show knows raman's obsession for Adi. He himself has claimed it many times. From day one we saw him craving for his son n ignoring his daughter's lovem it took him a neighbour, a stranger to realise his daughter's love. He has always over reacted when it comes to adi for whatever reason - first born, son, ghar ka chirag. Ruhi comes second. Let's accept it. What he said to ishita negates all his good deeds then n there. He calls her careless with a glimpse of calling her a step mother. Damage has been done. One can't get away with a sorry after each mistake.

Its between a couple and she seems to be happy in forgiving him after a sorry. So we should see what happens after this ..

Very well put Aru😛 N much needed. After watching the olv everyone is upset but I somehow feel that the drama will finally start unfolding. Also on a certain level I felt, Raman has always been very protective n sensitive towards adi. His son is staying with him n finally he's spending some time with him after soo many years. So yes he over reacted(maybe) n got hyper n shouted. Does not at all mean that he doesn't stand by Ishu any more or his love is double standard n all of that. I mean in reality it's not like couples don't fight or so harsh words right?? This drama eventually has to reach the peak before balloon head finally bursts😆.
