Shagun earlier blocked Adi's mind towards the entire Bhalla clan. She used to ask Adi to behave or else they will be thrown out, hence this made Adi very confused and he was in constant pressure to behave properly. He used to not mingle around and be cold towards everybody as he felt that everybody's love and concern was just an act. All this allowed Adi to be easily manipulated as he felt he had only one person in his life who loved him and he clung to that person as hard he could.
But before Shagun left for Australia, she changed her plot and told Adi that this was their house and Ishita needed to be thrown out of the house. This has allowed Adi to open his heart doors for other family members and see their true love for him. He has started warming up to them. The bridge between the Bhallas and Adi is getting closed.
This is dangerous for Shagun coz once Adi warms up to everybody, he would feel secured and wanted in not just one person's life but in many peoples also. This will help him loosening his hold on Shagun which might lead him to start seeing the difference between Shagun and other's love.
He will definitely listen to Shagun even now, but will also not disregard others words, specially Raman's whom he used to hate, so Shagun by allowing Adi to warm up to Bhallas has dug a pit for herself.
