you see
that looks serious fight in kitchen keeping aside words
now he comes in bedroom very normal and looking towards door

kitchen scene : they had confrontation face too face, he can't see towards door to check if some one is over hearing

bedroom: she is talking and frustrating when he is standing on her back,so he gets chance to look towards door

sharing why he shouted on her . if it s by heart , he should be normal in next scene saying sorry. even if he does not say sorry, still he would be calm. but he is still yelling and checking outside door.
