I make sure they are gifted to me by my husband and have sentimental values for mother-in-law 😆
I love yeh hai mohabbatein, but i hate the K-serial route it's taking, like really??? but i obviously won't stop watching because lets face it, it's a pretty good show, with sweet characters.
Ishita is lovely! and i get the whole celebrating the wedding anniversary for Adi's sake (tbh, they should celebrate the divorce anniversary while they're at it!) but giving away the earings was unnecessary, seeing that they hold sentimental value. Raman mentioned that Toshi got them back from Shagun and wanted to give to someone who deserved it! So no Ishita you did the wrong thing.
And coming to that counselor. 🤔 Where did she get her degree from? University of Fools? Anyone can tell that Aditya's problem is from being confused who his father is. Not being able to identify his father as Raman, seeing that for years he's considered and treated Ashok as his dad, and now not having the same relation with him. The solution would be for Raman to reastablish that bond, and for Shagun to emphasize that Raman is Adi's dad. Not that Shagun and Raman need to act like a team and act like a family. Any counselor would know that is a bad idea, seeing how dysfunctional the family for Adi already is. Lazy writing. Tut tut tut.
Rant Over.
I obviously still love the show, and will wait for a non-indian serial end to the characters problems
