Shagun leaves to Australia for Few Days Poisoning Adi's mind,Ishita to face troubles in Yeh hai Mohabbatein'
In coming episodes,Shagun gets a call from Australia informing her that her mother has fallen ill and is critical. Mihir isn't able to go because his passport has gone for renewal and hence Shagun is left with no choice but to go instead. Before Shagun leaves, she poisons Adi's mind against Ishita and the Bhallas.
Once Shagun leaves, Ishita tries to divert Adi's mind and books tickets for Raman and him for a movie and then makes Italian cuisines for lunch. At home, Raman, Adi, Sharavn and Bala play carom together and Adi decides to go in Bala's team. Raman loses on purpose and Bala and he pick a fight in order to cheer Sharavan up.Adi then plays on Raman's side and doesn't protest.
Adi and Raman share some father son time together while helping Mr Bhalla repair the car. Everyone at home are really happy that Adi is finally opening up and is bonding with the family. Simmi decides to divorce Param and all of them are in support of her decision.
Ishita comes back from her shopping spree and gets something or the other for everyone. Surprisingly Adi accepts and likes her gift and also offers to help her with her bags when she enters.Everyone is excited about Rinki coming home from Australia. Adi asks Ishita to read him out a bedtime story and everyone is taken aback. They all are happy that he is now getting to know Ishita.
But then the tables turn when Ishita start reading the story books and Adi finally makes her aware that she is his stepmother. He tries to compare her with the stepmothers in the fairytales and she gets to know that all this time he was pretending to be nice with her.Adi tells Shagun about how he taught Ishita a lesson and Shagun is proud of him.
