what kind of stupidity is this?

I am wondering if the marker of this show has finally lost their sanity for good and proving this is just another Indian typical soap with no logic or whatsoever.Or else why would they show leads romancing in the most uncanny way with all crisis surrounding them.Like who would think about it,on one side we have mihika betraying mihir and here shagun landed with adi but seems like no one is affected with the turn of events.I just want to bang my head
