IMO Tia this show has phases. There was a realization phase, which was about building trust, love and respect for each other. With Raman wanting to sacrifice such a great deal for her and her stopping that from happening, it has to culminate into a confession.

More so, Shagun re-entering into the house is the second phase of this show. And since Adi's custody is fast approaching, it'll all hold meaning only when Raman and Ishita have already confessed and reveling in the aftermath of a secure relation where both are confident of the other feelings. And the promo indicates it.

The segment, the moments and their interactions make me feel the confession has happened. Rest we shall know this week 😊
