OK, i didnt watch the episode... but I just read the WU on some site now... and here's what i have to say about it

anyone can come and say Shagun is not a good mother, and Ishita is a good mother??? no evidence, no proof nothing???
i know custody cases are quite emotional, but still yaar... i liked the first custody case better. there seems to be just too much begging this time around, and trying to convince the judge and plead that Ruhi is happier with them instead of stating it as facts
and Tannu is journalist or some reporter from SBB/SBS ... she isnt remotely connected to Ruhi's life and comes out of nowhere to add masala and tadka to the proceedings...
and what's with the precap? - Raman telling the judge something along the lines of taareeq pe taareeq... and advising the judge to close this matter once and for all... i mean seriously... who is allowed to talk like that in court
court mein except the real lawyers, sab bol sakte hain kya ???
i know I know... this is TV soap... but it doesnt have to completely be illogical na ? storytelling shouldnt be lost in shoddy presentation...
