The question is not about what Ruhi wants, what the court feels is right, as Judge has witnessed directly kid's father fighting around, family reputation damaged due to Mihika kaand.

If scenario of before confession means.. Ruhi will stay with Ishra, after confession will give a scope of Ruhi staying with Shagun at least for a couple of episodes if not more 😆 This will also give the story a meaning that.. Ishra relation is not just for Ruhi but beyond that 😆
