The very beautiful and ever smiling, Divyanka Tripathi, who is currently seen, essaying the character of Dr.Ishita Raman Bhalla spoke about her team Kolkata Baabu Moshayes and her views on cricket in an exclusive chat with us.

Upon asking, what prompted her to be a part of cricket team Kolkata Baabu Moshayes? The pretty lady replied "I actually don't like playing cricket so last year when Box Cricket League approached me, I was pretty much not convinced. I love watching this game as a spectator. This year reason for my acceptance was personal and that is my grandfather who recently passed away, he was all time follower of cricket . So, for him I decided to be part of this game."

Speaking about last year remembrances she chuckles "Kolkata Baabu Moshayes is been close to my heart. I started with them last year. Although I wan't part of their team but I was cheer leading and was present in all matches. The reason was Ssharad Malhotra who was part of the team. Luckily this year I am brand ambassador and trying to promote my team in best possible way."

Well, Just Showbiz agree that Kolkata Baabu Moshayes have the best Brand Ambassador one could ask for.

We all must have played cricket at least once in our childhood and when we asked Divyanka, has she ever played cricket in her childhood? The actress flashed a shy smile while replying, "I know its embarrassing to say that I have just played once in childhood. Infact while playing for first time I accidentally hit my best friend's eyes and it started bleeding. From then onward I have never touched the bat again. After ages I have resumed again but just to watch."

We know that the millions of fans around the world must be eager to know if Divyanka loves bowling, batting or fielding? So next we asked her if she would have been in the team of Kolkata Baabu Moshayes as a player, which part she would have loved to play? "Though I love every aspect of cricket but if I'm playing in eleven, I would love to bowl." stated the actress.

Just Showbiz further asked the leading lady how does she feel after becoming the Brand Ambassador of a Cricket team? "Its a pleasure being the brand ambassador of Kolkata Baabu Moshayes. I am trying to promote team which is part of my work . My wishes are with team Kolkata Baabu Moshayes. As a brand ambassador I have responsibility of motivating them when they practice and play and I love doing that " came the very sweet Divyanka's reply.

India is a cricket crazy nation. We all know that. But is Divyanka as crazy? We asked if she follows cricket matches? As we know she is a busy lady. To this lovely lady said "If India or my friends are involved in game, I watch it. In last championship India was rocking."

Though she don't play but her favourite players are master blasterSachin Tendulkar and captain M.S Dhoni. What she plays are "I love Rifle Shooting, Horse Riding, Trekking and many more."

About team owner Nivedita Basu, she chirps, "She is one strong women. She is not only team owner but she is playing with team and one of the best player in the team. As a team leader she is best. She never pressurize her team members neither partial to any member. If team is in a good shape, its all because of Nivedita Basu."

The Soap Queen Ekta Kapoor is going to launch BCL matches in the form of a TV reality show. Divyanka viewpoint on this is "Ekta Kapoor is a visionary and creates entertainment . She thinks out of the box and gave a very different perspective to Indian daily soaps. And now it's time for reality sports and nobody has tried in sports reality show so far. Ekta Kapoor is doing it for the very first time. So it's again the beginning of a new era."

To be the brand ambassador of a Cricket Team, one must posses fitness and Divyanka's fitness isn't hidden. But her fitness mantra is definitely hidden which we requested her to reveal. The very fit and vivacious actress happily revealed it by saying,"I am fit because I try to exercise as much as possible. I eat right food at right intervals. 6 meals a day at right intervals works."

With a desire to work in action show in her next she finally said bye to us on this final question.
