All the fun and jokes aside, I liked today's episode for it's message especially for Indian tv audience. And I don't mean it a condescending manner implying that Indian's are sexually archaic, NO far from it. I am elated that an Indian prime time soap is talking about intimacy and it's role in a marriage/relationship.

What brilliance on part of the makers to show Raman being the manly man and like you pointed out 'experienced' in the subject of sexy time thinks of showing his love towards Ishita via physical intimacy, to him that's the natural next step forgetting momentarily their complicated relationship history.

Ishita was apt in her reaction, extreme shock at finding condoms because in her mind she still thinks Raman finds her unattractive and behenji and this due to her own insecurities. Brilliant once again for the makers to have Ishita apologize, what a masterstroke!

Puttar is being adamant at increasing his fangirl club numbers and thereby increasing competition for me became all gentlemanly and all our hearts melted into a puddle ❤️. He realized that he is dealing with someone not sexually mature and has insecurities with intimacy so he did what he does best, backed off and started planning for plan B to profess his love

G I hope they show him serenade her, take her out on dates, start with a little hand holding, maybe a peck on the cheek, a hug, and then proceed to sexy time. It would be a 1st on Indian television to show a married man serenade his wife, to get to know her before taking that 'big' step. I say this not so us fangirls can get cute Ishra moments, I say it because physical intimacy is a very important part of any relationship, and it's imperative for a successful marriage to have both partners satisfied both emotionally and physically.

@bold - ah you brought back fond memories okay so I have to say this...I used to watch Tumhari Paakhi before YHM and was crazy about the show - until it went down the drain and they killed my OTP (dont ask the no) when they killed Anshuman and changed the plot 😡😭...anyhow getting back to my point. Anshuman in the show too has a rollercoaster life with his wife Paakhi, the woman he falls for despite all his attempts not to...interestingly there too is a stepson who first makes Paakhi' life hell and then becomes a perfect mamma' boy, but getting back to my point. In the show too when the leads have to confess, they have this fun little track - Anshuman isnt willing to mouth the words though he is in love with Paakhi, to him she is someone so far superior to him he thinks he doesnt deserve her. He says I can kiss the very ground she walks on but I aint worth her, his older sis says he is an idiot, which he is somewhat an adorable one 😆 so when the siblings quarrel over this issue why wont he admit to loving his wife - he says how can I say those words when I havent even romanced her, she has always been my wife, she became the mother of my child but we havent been lovers...it was such a simple statement but so beautiful and then began a lovely track but after that lets just say they killed the lead and thereby the show too 😳

My point being I agree with you it would be something to see them romance before consummating their marriage; fine they are very comfortable and all with each other but I dont think it would kill the makers to show us some hugs, even 2-3 will do 😆 and probably some more romantic moments - sans/with any kisses - before the big night.

Yeah I kinda took a long time to reach the plot - I saw Raman, Mihir' dekha dekha convo today when I was free 🤣 Hope I was clearer than he was though 🤣

a lot has already happened..so my thoughts can be coloured by today's epi... but what u said is bang on.. in his defence..he did wonder if the step was too bold n correct for their relationship..but if the perfect husband acc to his ishita is suggesting something... he decides to heed tht... it is not abt his earlier mrg.. in tht marraige he didnt need to declare ihis love after such turmoil... it was a arrange marraige.. where the man is enticed by his wife's beauty n the husband n wife r supposed to be intimate...so tht was how it was.. with ishita.. they might be married.. but they r understanding the essence of it just now...n it is completely diff from his earlier mrg..
