She did not think about Ruhi when she left everything for own benefit and pleasure, actually she can't think , and so we can't expect she would think about Ishita's greatness, she only thinks and understands own needs and satisfactions , and gives a damn to others, so she will remain so , if cvs does not think about a dramatic change in her character
