Maybe ishu didn't know that dress was for her and and he was shocked as he expected to be in her other western dress he might have bought for her but I also think he indeed bought this dress for her as in precap shagun was arguing that she wants that dress as it is made for her 😆 anyways like you said hope raman opens up little more and tell her clearly he likes to see her in western dress eventhough she looks beautiful in any dress
This will make ishu day and she will at least try not to ruin his surprises henceforth 😆
