Raman was pushed, ok taken into consideration but even in his worst senses he would have never misbehaved with a lady let alone Ishita, the very first episode set the tone for Raman's character when he catches his employee's wife trying to cheat on him for sleeping with her boss (Raman) & the way Raman caught her.. He was absolute brute back then, even then he knew his boundaries as he didn't trust in women anymore, he repented for a bit in monday's episode finding the bracelet & again he had another mood swing back @ home..quite interesting.

they showed real reasons for his heart break and we could actually relate to them that justified why he started to doubt but here raman is not real raman . we had expected and accepted that yeah, they will make him guilty in end and ishita mahan and we had expected that he may taunt and torture by abusing verbally and ignoring her but I never expected physical abuse.

well said Zener, until tuesday's epi.. they were only partly killing Raman's character while being busy assassinating Ishita's../ as a knee jerk reaction, they decided, lets kill off Raman totally, for what ? For glorifying Shani & showing Ishita is Mahaan.

God knows how many times we're going to be shown today's scene in future for a reference for what kind of brute Raman was. It'll be more horrible if Ishita blurs about this incident to any others let it be Shani or any family member.
