I got your point he is jiggling between what to do and what not to. my problem is he is portrayed as most consistent character having his own flaws but still his growth was never gave jerks and his status in current situation is making me worried because he is not going to be justified to show woman empowerment and they ruined ishita already to glorify Mani and now my biggest fear is about raman.

Before marriage (after that CEO award) that night he had kind of some expectations from her. I dont know what. But something intense it was from his side for no reason. Otherwise a man wont get that close to a girl whether he was drunk or not.
Watch again his intro scene. He says to that married lady that he is DIRECT!!
Today what he did was DIRECT. He dont shy away from getting close to his wife if he wanted.
And thats what he has doing with her till now.

He never asks for her permission whenever if he want to claim her. He never lets go off the chance to get close to her in normal situation and what to expect from him that he acts SAINT today after he is forced to feel possessive and insecure. PLEEEJ. It might have looked out of character.
Problem is he loves her way too much and he is going mad at the thought of losing his pagal madrasan.

Today what he did made a difference coz she objected it then and there. Otherwise after some point if time she was always reciprocating to his actions and gave right signals and most important never objected it.
